I have a PS5 pro and an Xbox series X and a steam deck . I wanted to get into PC gaming and I got the G16 Zephyrus RTX 5070 open box from Best Buy. This is now my go to machine for all high end gaming. The laptop is sleek and the display is amazing. I did get some issues with windows 11 and some drivers but that is more of a windows thing than the laptop

Does everything I ask it to. My opinion is that the NVIDIA 5 series laptop GPUs are far superior to the prior series, it feels like they're finally hitting that sweet spot where AAA games can be played on a lightweight device. I've had issues with ASUS Software before on certain devices, but this one has worked flawlessly so far. I am super happy with my purchase. People have complained about the memory not being upgradeable, which is understandable if you are doing sophisticated video editing or modeling, but for gaming this laptop really shines.

The screen size is good and it's not too heavy for it's size. It's actually thinner than the 14in laptop that I had before. The keyboard feels great. Part of me wishes it had the numeric pad, but I also like the keyboard in the center of the laptop. With the RGB keyboard, it's got multiple settings to get the color(s) you want-hence the RGB. Then the battery life is also really good. I don't know if it's just mine, but when I plug the charger in or unplug it the screen goes black for a few seconds then comes back on and works fine. Again, it might just be mine, but sometimes the screen can go fuzzy too, but it's not so bad that you can't read or continue to use it. There's been some other things that it's done where it won't work for a second, like the trackpad not working, but other then a few hiccups it's been a great laptop.

Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase. It’s only been a week since I bought it, but it runs pretty smoothly and can play games well. I also like how slim it looks and I can carry it around for my college classes.

Other than the battery life not being great which personally i dont mind. This laptop plays everything at high graphics and great fps not a problem with this laptop since ive got it roughly two weeks ago.

Pretty good laptop. Thin, light, easy carry, game performance is perfect.

The laptop performed well but the lower ram will be a problem if using for productivity or high end gaming.

Like the lightweight product. Good exterior design. However I wish it could give option of carrying Win10 instead of Win11. Experienced tons of unexpected and unwanted restarts. My win10 laptop never had such problem

It works well, very good graphics, it runs all my games well and the best thing that its cooling system is very good.

I love this laptop! Super light weight, but powerful enough for all my gaming needs. I love playing Street Fighter 6 on this laptop! Full Screen, maxed out graphics, it is super smooth! When I do office work, I set the laptop profile to silent and this machine is very quiet and fairly cool.

Great Laptop speed is top notch and runs every program im needing to run including fast pace games.

easily runs any game i play on high settings screen is very clear and no glare at all, very good laptop especially if you can get it on sale 100% would buy again. 3 months use so far

Very capable machine, vram may be on the lower side but all else is great.

Really good.. must buy. Heating a bit but not so much that it would be an issue.
