    Good laptop, just dont expect a full rtx4080 performance. Since it’s super thin it won’t feed a lot of power to the cpu and gpu

    Bought for my child who needed the extra RAM and VRAM for software he uses in college design classes. He likes that it’s thinner than other gaming computers. This met the recommend requirements for Lumion.

    Decent laptop, I returned the for G16 4090, I was looking for more performance but in the end I returned the G16 again for the new Razer blade 16 OLED

    Laptop keeps shutting down while playing Cyberpunk

    Every time I try to play Cyberpunk 2077 while connected to an external monitor (LG C2 42 Oled), the laptop gets extremely hot above the keyboard. So hot I can't touch it. After about 10 minutes, the entire laptop shuts down. All of the drivers are up-to-date, so I am not sure what is going on. I am not happy though, this purchase was over $3000 and this shouldn't be happening. :(

    This laptop is amazing super lightweight and to have this much power in it is amazing while also looking very sleek and professional. Love it gaming on it has been amazing !!

    Find Another Laptop! Huge Purchase Mistake

    I purchased this laptop less than five months ago, thrilled by the specs and features - only to end up entirely disappointed. I'll skip to the important part first - one day, I opened my bag to find my laptop screen broken. I didn't hit it or damage it in any particular way. I always kept it in a soft carrying case. Even still, it ended up damaged. I gave it to best buy to send off to be repaired. A few weeks later, I came to pick up my laptop, only to discover that they had not fixed it. Instead, they REFUSED. They informed me that this particular model of laptop breaks so frequently that they were UNWILLING to fix it for any price. Apparently, most of the time, when this laptop breaks, it breaks again within a few weeks. Now, I am left with a two thousand dollar brick that I am unable to use. Due to this incident, I am unable to give this laptop a positive review. Learn from my mistake. Do yourself a favor and buy a machine that is sturdy, durable, and if it breaks, Best Buy will actually give you a quote to repair it!

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, this is a random problem. ASUS provides warranty for this product, however physical or customer induced damage is not covered. We recommend you send the product in for service to determine the root cause of the screen damage.     Loved it while i had it only reason i got rid of it is because i travel for work and stay at alot of remote locations with little to no wifi and hotspot only does so much for gaming

    I've been playing on the Asus - ROG Zephyrus G16 for the past couple days. Here are a few of my impressions so far. First, this feels like a premium build laptop. When I first picked it up, it looked and felt like I was hold a MacBook. I really like the aluminum build and it has some cool lighting options on the rear lid. It's super thin, has multiple USB and USB C ports along with HDMI and microphone input. I like that all the ports are on the side of the laptop as opposed the rear. Just makes cord management way easier. The keyboard layout feels good to use, although the track pad will need to be adjusted for most. I had to press as far left as possible in order to make a click on something on the screen. If I pressed the middle at all, it wouldn't take. The speakers sounded really good too. They don't have that muffled volume that many low quality speakers have. It can get pretty loud too, which is a good thing when I talk about the fan volume. The biggest pro for me is the screen. My games looked absolutely beautiful. This is my first experience with an OLED 240HZ screen and WOW! The boldness of the colors, the blacks are super deep. I play a ton of first person shooters and the clarity of the environments and movement of enemies was just clearer. It's so hard to explain in text. It just looks amazing and improves the gaming experience so much. So I had some big issues with the actual gameplay. When I first booted up the PC, download steam and started playing I was experience HUGE framerate drops. Like from 120 to 15. It honestly made games unplayable. I tried updating all driver, bios, Armoury Crate and nothing made a difference. I was emailing back and forth with tech support. Finally I just wiped the PC and redownloaded everything. After I did that I stopped experiencing frame rate drops and everything has been running incredibly smooth. I am constantly running at above 120 fps. Everything looks gorgeous but the fans do make it sound like an airplane is taking off in my bedroom. I did take off a star mainly because I have had two game crashes in about 5 hours while playing. I dont know if it was the PC or the game itself. Overall, it's a great gaming PC. You'll have more than enough power to play every game imaginable and you'll be future proofed for many years to come. Even with some of my gameplay issues that were resolved, I would still recommend checking out the ASUS - ROG Zephyrus G16.
