This would be the second ASUS ROG product purchased in my household. After seeing how reliable the ASUS ROG motherboards are, I definitely saw a lot of good things in this laptop. Right out of the box, it is beautiful, small, and compact. It is great so far and it is a powerhouse! Definitely recommend!

The computer works excellent but I have a problem because when I’m playing it got to hot, it’s something wrong whit it?

TL:DR: -Overheating issues -Blue Screens -Massive Screen Tearing across all games -Was not displaying at 60 fps in any case -Weird Motion blur I got this product while it was on sale at ~$250 off and thought it was a steal and if the product worked for me, it might have been. $1250 for a 20 series, R7, 4k60, etc. Was a pretty solid deal. Had I not run into as many display issues, I wouldve been willing to solve the other problems but, as soon as I opened it up and started playing, I quickly realized there were just a lot of issues with the display right out of the box. It was screen tearing really bad, it had some kind of weird motion blur, it wasn't displaying at 60hz like advertised (felt more like 25) and overall just didn't look that great. I've had years of experience building, troubleshooting, and working with computers and had a lot of tricks up my sleeve. I was able to stablize some of the issues like the screen tearing but, it wasn't perfect, even after a couple days of playing around with it. I was ready to just call customer support to see if I had just gotten a faulty product but, after the work I put into it and the overheating and multiple blue screens I experienced, I decided it just wasn't worth it. I decided to just spend the extra cash to get the next step up of the same model and I really hope they've ironed out the kinks. Overall, it's a beautiful laptop that probably works great and it's very likely I just got a bad model. Asus has always had a special place in my heart so I'm willing to give it another shot.

I use a PC for occasional web browsing and some gaming. Most of the games I play are older, and therefore are not very graphic intensive, but this computer plays them with ease. The screen is crystal clear, the built in speakers are surprisingly loud and clear, and the ability to customize the backlit keyboard is a nice feature. I have always been impressed with the "Bang for the Buck" factor with Asus PCs and this one is no different. This PC may open me back up to playing newer games on PC as opposed to consoles.

Battery life is low which is to be expected for a laptop with these specs. Overall good performance for the cost

This thing is light and fast. I wasn't expecting much, but this is a solid gaming machine. I'm going to expand the memory to 48 GB soon.

Great, the fans are loud, it can get hot, and it works much better if plugged in but it is great computer for gaming or rendering videos.

Great gaming laptop. the only thing i wish for is to have 144Hz with 4k. This beast of a laptop will put you in your A game with online play.

Good overall. Nice build quality. Not the fastest thing ever but good enough for the $$.

The display is too good. Every game is running smoothly. The fan would be noisy in performance mode but earphones would keep that out.

Top notch. Processing is a million times faster than my old PC. And when I'm not working I can run games at the best settings.

I bought for my son's birthday gift. He loves this gaming laptop. It's so fast and great 4k screen for gaming. Good choice.

Games are lagging......Don't know what triggers the lag but laptop does work fine.

The keyboard has to keep being set up, after a while it doesn’t keep the lights on. But otherwise, good product

Amazingly quick PC that’s light and easy to transport. Only downside is no camera, which I didn’t know about when I bought it.

Very happy with this laptop. I like that its a gaming laptop that doesn't look like a traditional gaming laptop. Its not flashy and could pass as any other 15 inch laptop. Its very thin and not to heavy. The fan noise is kind of loud when running high-performance games or apps, but you'd be hard pressed to find a gaming laptop with this kind of power that doesn't have a loud fan. There are ways to make it quiet if you search on YouTube. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

My daughter wanted a gaming sytem that she can travel with. Her birthday came around and we bought her the best one Best Buy had for gaming. When her birthday came 3 days later she could not believe it. She instantly started connecting it and we added the virus protection, bought the two year warranty for any damage that may occur. My daughter told me how fast and how quick it is to download her favorite games. Needless to say she is very very happy!!!

Fans scream even when playing a mild game, lots of heat coming out of it, constant Blue screen of death, even when the machine was at idle and not being touched, out of nowhere BSOD and it would not restart on its own. I tried a reformat and clean install of the operating system, and same problem. Returned to the store the next day after I bought it. Way too much money for a laptop that has non stop blue screen of death. The screen was nice, I'll give it that, but basically a useless laptop. I needed one that can actually perform and live up to the hype. This falls flat. I ended up going with MSI GE66 Raider instead, much much better computer.
