Great Laptop for Traveling Content Creator

The 4k screen is bright and beautiful while the processor and graphics are great for rendering video files. If I was going for a gaming machine I might go for a higher refresh rate screen, but for my intended use of content creation it is fantastic! One of the smallest and lightest laptops at this price as well runs cool and silent.

Just a note, the CPU and GPU are solid for gaming, but that means they run hot. I recommend picking up a cooling pad for some extra cooling while gaming. Bonus: doesn’t come installed with a bunch of extra spam ware, just the base windows 10 apps and the ASUS specific apps for the computer.

Awesome little gaming laptop

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far it's handled everything I've throw at it perfectly, some games you have to lower the setting to make use of the 4k, but it still looks great while having a decent framerate. It does get extremely hot and I ended up buying a cooling pad to help with that issue. The speakers are also extremely quiet, you have to go into the Asus app and max out all the eq settings.

Super fast, love the 4k, it can handle some pretty strenuous running too. I have been able to run my streaming software, my music production software, and my DAW (Pro Tools) at once continuously without any hassles or hiccups. Love it. Definitely will be getting more of their products.

The quality is beautiful and a lot of sim players report glitches and performance issues but I’ve never really ran into those problems with this powerful laptop!

ASUS missed the mark with all demographics

Not a great option for gaming or creating in my opinion. 60hz refresh rate is not attractive and if you're doing photo and video editing on this "creator" series machine you need to have an external card reader. 1 off from ASUS IMO

Stormworks,ARMA 3 this thing handles it like a total champ! Really good display and just all around amazing for gaming. My only complaint is they keys are sorta flimsy and one fell out my 3rd day of having it and I'm having some problems putting it back in. Other then that the key board lights are amazing!

This is a great laptop not only for gaming but for other tasks. I recommend this laptop if you want your games to run smoother and your multitasking to be faster. My only complaint is the mousepad could be more responsive so I didn’t have to use a mouse every time. But other than that it’s a well-off purchase.

Touchpad is average, razer blade or any chromebook touch works much better. Laptop is not bad. Fast, very good screen, good RTX2060, speakers are good. But I would prefer to pay extra $200 and buy razer blade 15 for $1800(on sale) 4k + RTX2070!
