Great middle of the road gaming laptop. Decent powered stuff for 1080p gaming. Good build quality. Temps get pretty hot being an Intel but a cooling pad fixed that. I put an extra ssd in it too in the 2nd slot.

Ive had to send this in alot for repairs. It would over heat and fry itself, constant blue screens. It's truly great when its running right.

Tried to use as a streaming webcast mixer/encoder. 1 out 3 units did not quite work, memory kept creeping and stream would shutdown. Replace with a tower with the same memory. Two other units worked ok but returned for other options, for this use.

This was a gift for my kid. It has performed well on Steam and other light gaming. The finish and lighting are both very nice as pictured. I felt the price was very good when compared to other brands with similar features/hardware. I am happy with the purchase.

Ok so this laptop would be amazing atleast for my standards but theres a couple problems. So since I bought this laptop a couple months back it's been having lots and lots of issues. First 2 weeks was fine lots of fun. But then it started the first blue screen then black screen, no problem I fixed it later more blue screens more crashes Watchdog violation, critical system error, and some others over and over then boot loops. Now brings up us to today, currently it is now not even working, when I turn it on the keyboard light flashes and then the screen just stays black no boot up nothing. This was my first gaming anything really and it's not a good first experience

This is a great laptop for casual gaming, it runs well and it is easy to set up and it is all around pretty good. it can run pretty much any 2d game and it can run games such as "Mad Max" at around 60 fps and it only really dips down to 30ish.

Memory advertisement is a little strange, laptop came with 8GB onboard and an 8GB stick in the SINGLE memory channel available. A "maximum of 24gb" can really only be achieved with a 16gb single RAM module which is difficult to justify. The backlights for the keyboard act strange during sleep mode (flickering), display seems to be going out after roughly 2 years of use. Fans can get VERY loud unless your turn off turbo processing.

The laptops is great needs a lot of cpu cooling and thermals grapghics no problem, display is fantastic. Loved the way is was designed, but needs more battery into it.

Haven’t had any problems so far it’s a good solid computer, I got an open box version for even cheaper and it looks brand new. Great for beginner or someone who is traveling in the military like me and can’t afford to bring a whole setup.

this thing cranks for such a small footprint. I'll be upgrading the m.2 to 1 tb soon. it allows 144hz through HDMI to my aorus monitor. not the full 165 that the monitor supports itself though. overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

Good computer overall. Is effective when dealing with moderately-high-computation tasks. But if you intend to use the PC to make video calls too, buy a web cam as the laptop does not come with one.

Display doesn’t accurately portray color it does have a nice keyboard though. Overall design looks nice but felt of plastic

The fan on this thing is a deal breaker. On silent, it’s fine. But on “performance” or “turbo” it’s just ridiculous. So loud. That alone leads me to take advantage of BB return policy.

I would get Ryzen or wait until the 3000 series comes out, but for the price at the time this was one of the best values. I have a lot of problems with Bluetooth and the WiFi staying connected, but it may be different for you.

It’s not worth the price! It works yes it does flicker and glitch a lot it overheats a lot of you get it by a laptop fan that can sit under it to take some heat off of it

I bought this for my 14yr old son. He wanted it for streaming. He seems very happy with it. Fan is loud, but this is the first gaming laptop I have owned, so I'm not sure if they are all loud. He is happy!

This laptop does what I need it to do for work and gaming, when it decides to work. As a caveat I run all games on low graphics settings by default, but it does generally perform well although I don't expect a laptop to run anything relatively new or heavy. I haven't done benchmarks recently but for example Cyberpunk 2077 and Dishonored 2 on low graphics are choppy, and it runs games like Fallout 4, Control, and Borderlands 3 well. It does get very hot which isn't uncommon for laptops, it wasn't a problem so long as I put it on a surface that can handle it. I have had to take this laptop in for repair 3 separate times. The first was from a pet knocking it off a table - the display was blank. Some time later the display was blank again without an obvious bump triggering it. Not a month after that the built-in keyboard appeared to "eject" itself as if it were a USB device and wouldn't respond to input, then the next day the laptop couldn't find wifi networks, and finally when I brought it in for repair it wouldn't boot at all. The frame around the display is flimsy; the display will move in the frame a couple millimeters, and it's come undone once and I had to snap it back into place. It's also my understanding that the keyboard and battery have been shoved behind the motherboard. I'm not comfortable messing with that on my own, and if I needed those replaced I would have to bring it in for service.

Great little laptop! Unfortunately for me I needed to exchange it for another laptop as this one doesn’t have a number pad. Which I need for work purposes. Other then that, a great little laptop!

We use this Laptop for video editing with premiere pro, this laptop has taken everything we put it through with the I7 process and Nvidia Geforce video GPU and 512 SSD have made this laptop fund to work with

Not a Gamer but this laptop has all I wanted for inputs and speed. The flashing keyboard was irritating but discovered how to change to steady light and really like it for working at night .
