Great laptop at a great price. Next day curbside pickup service was a big plus. Best Buy provided real options for purchasing a new laptop for home use.

The laptop itself is great, but the charger it came with crackles, pops, and whines, and if you touch it or move it, it loses connection with the laptop, forcing the laptop to flicker on and off through battery vs plugged-in settings. I don't like to keep things plugged in, and the laptop has the battery life to waddle around for a while, but when I do need it plugged in the brick is unreliable and finicky. I really want to love this laptop. It's pretty, it's fast, and it runs cold. I decided on this over a Macbook Pro after a lot of research and recommendations from friends who own Asus laptops, but I might have to return it and look for something else-- I can't get ahold of Best Buy customer service. I tried on my lunch break and the chat client kept disconnecting, and then I get out of work too late to catch them. :( It has me worried about the laptop as well; a faulty charger isn't good for a battery, I reckon. It's really disappointing, I wanted to move away from Apple and its 50 shades of dongles, but this has kind of soured me to the idea of straying away from their hardware. I don't know what else to do.

This is an excellent product. After sharing my needs of a new laptop the Best Buy employee recommended this laptop...not for "Gaming" but for other things.

I use this laptop as a stem major at George Washington Uni and it has lasted me for so long, I am very pleased and it is worth the price!

I bought this to start my university classes. There were issues getting the WiFi connected to the computer, but after that was resolved, it was smooth sailing

Very nice for the price. Has a tendency to start over heating once you've been playing a game like mount&blade bannerlord for an extended amount of time.

Works great, solid gaming laptop that isn't too expensive. Only thing is getting used to not having a number pad, but great overall

So far so good... picked this up as an open box purchase. It meets all of my needs and the ASUS management app is very helpful.

Great laptop with power and flexibility. Does not have a camera, but I didn't need one built in. Better attachable cameras anyway.

Good laptop, well built. Not worth it now that there is 3060's in this price range, though. I returned mine for a 2021 model.

Great laptop. Got it when it was on sale. Screen brightness and color would be my only complaint. Other than that its a great laptop.

Love this laptop. Starts up fast and I can play cyberpunk and warcraft on the highest setting and still runs and handles great

Great laptop for gaming! I really enjoy playing games on high settings and the keyboard just feels great and looks beautiful
