The fans literally rattle louder than the audio the computer gives out. I thought it was just my pc but no I’m not the only one. Other than that the pc is great but the fans almost make me want to return it.

This model undergoes intensive quality control testing and final inspection for both hardware and software. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated issue. We are recommending to complete a BIOS reset on the device, please follow the below steps to reset the BIOS.
Step 1. Please turn off your device completely.
Step 2. Turn your device on again and quickly press the F2 at the boot process to enter BIOS.
Step 3. Press the F9 in the BIOS to load optimized defaults and select Yes to confirm.
Step 4. Then tap on "F10" and select "Yes" (to save settings and restart)

When I downloaded this game my FPS was capped at 30 and I found out how to fix it, but when I did it was still capped at 60 FPS unless I made the game full screen and when I did that it froze. So that means I cant even use the full capability of the 144 hz monitor, but here is where the battery comes in. (Also I spent 5 hours trying to figure out how to fix the FPS problem) When I ran the game the battery life said 30 minutes-1 hour remaining until it reaches 0 percent, and this is a huge problem because this laptop is supposed to be a gaming laptop and run games smoothly. (I was also on 80 percent) But whats the point if you only get to play for 1 hour with 60 FPS on something you spent 1300 dollars on and thought was supposed to run at least 144 FPS? I'm externally disappointed in this laptop and will most likely be returning it.
