Great computer, bad open box

If it wasn’t a open box:( I bought as an open box saving over $500. Immediately after I tried setting up the computer it would stop loading, then the microphone didn’t work, and the track pad took a long time to finally work, had to return this sadly and buy a brand new model that was a step above this one.

Disappointed

Very disappointed!!

I can’t even load task manager. I do not recommend this laptop whatsoever and it’s not worth the sale price of $1000 let alone the full price of $1300. Very disappointed.

Bad battery

So will have to return for servicing. So far not that impressed with it. Hopefully will come to like it more as time goes on.

After returning it and exchanging it for the exact same model, the charger came broken again. There were a huge amount of people having the same experience with me. Paying this much for a laptop with a charger that doesn’t work is ridiculous. ASUS also did nothing to help and had very poor customer service the entire time. Very disappointed.

Good laptop might want to get a newer model though

I was able to run the latest warzone with about 80-85 FPS. Other games like LOL and Overwatch run at 144. Only thing I would say is that you have to replace the thermal paste every year and a half. Other than that this is great

Slow Photoshop and runs hot

The first two weeks were good, but now on week three it's so slow. It crashed while on PP and what appeared to be a dead square in the screen. I restarted it and that went away, but it's still so slow. Raw files take forever to open on Photoshop. For the price I expected much better.

Never got the chance

In times of Covid this is a big deal! Be wary of the specifications best buy puts on their website! Spend the extra time looking at other sites or just shop there instead!

Constantly crashing
