It's a great laptop. But the fans are to loud for me. Everything else was great.

Great overall performance. Runs games like a dream and I can have multiple apps/tabs open and it will never fail to load things quickly.

Great laptop for the price and performed very well. I received one with a few keys bent inward and couldn't get past the fact that I spent over 1700 with tax for a defective unit...I would however recommend this laptop, just make sure you inspect the keyboard for defects. I really like this color and iridescent look on the cover.

Well-built, high performance laptop. Getting around 115 fps on modern warfare multiplayer on high settings. Very happy, no complaints.

My laptop wasn’t working and it was critical that I worked on my new house plans. Made an appointment with the Geek Squad and sadly found my laptop was toast and the information unretrievable. Both Jason ( Geek Squad) and our salesman were awesome in trying all they could to help. I ultimately purchased an Asus laptop and am in the process of rebuilding all of my old contents. Service was great, pricing was also good given the type of laptop I needed for my CAD program. The support was what I needed.

Great laptop for gaming, including high performance games. Also great for basic functions like word documents, excel spreadsheets etc

I love it. It's works great. I love that it has a plug in for apple ipad plugs. It's just great. Downside is that it runs hot!

Once you use a 240 HZ monitor you’ll never go back. Great FPS for gaming, low input delay, good graphics, easy to use! Would recommend

Extremely impressed with this laptop! The RTX-2070 is a huge upgrade over the 2060. The performance is better than I expected, and the screen is excellent. I especially appreciate the "silent" mode setting... which keeps the fans very quiet for everyday use... with very little drop in performance (about 15%). The speakers are "ok", but strangely the smaller sibling G14 has better sound (if you haven't heard the speakers in the G14, they are not very loud, but sound amazing). Overall 5 Stars!!!

I use this laptop primarily for video games and design apps. Once I switched the native card from motherboard to Nvidia there have been no problems and it runs without stuttering and with incredibly clear graphics. The laptop also has multiple system controls to help tune it for each task. Overall very happy with the purchase even though it has blue screened upon startup two times.

Great PC for what I need. Runs between programs flawlessly and doesn’t get too bogged down with multiple programs running.

Very good gaming laptop. I also recommend it for video or photo editing work. It has good ventilation and does not make noise.

Fastest laptop I’ve ever owned. Hopefully I’ll be able to upgrade memory and keep BB warranty. Can’t wait to start gaming.

Great gaming laptop, powerful 2070 max q and can easily handle games I care about like Civ 6 and Anno 1880. Definitely recommend!

It worked great for 7 weeks. I loved it. Then it started making very loud noises from the fan, but at least it still worked fine. A week later the noise was worse, and now I get serious lag and connection issues when playing on line. I can make the lag and connection issues go away by unplugging and playing on battery. No more lag, no more connection issues, but the graphics quality and frame rate drops to the basement. If I plug the power cord back in, the graphics and frame rate improve dramatically, but then the fan gets horribly loud again and I get serious lag and connection issues again. I've been trying all day to get help from ASUS, but their web site is horrible. Poorly designed, impossibly difficult to navigate, very slow, and out of date(newer models don't appear on drop down menus). It does confirm that I'm under warranty, it knows the exact day I made my purchase at Best Buy, but it will not let me register the laptop with the web site. Every time I try to register it, it tells me to log back in to their web site using the email address I was already logged in with. I tried several times. It just doesn't work. I'll never buy another ASUS.

The laptop is quite the beast-- but make sure you get proper cooling pad or something. It runs hot, and the fans can be quite loud, but it's to be expected for such a thin, ultrabook-like gaming laptop. The display is great. Just remember that it is 15.6", so if you do happen to be used to a 27" monitor, it's quite a bit smaller. Regardless, take care of your laptop and how hot it gets--sometimes reducing settings or limiting FPS--as heat is by far a gaming laptop's worst enemy.

Perfect laptop for gaming and for school work. My daughter uses this laptop for her animation and visual affects major.
