I love this laptop, great for playing CoD and doing school work. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the speaker is on the bottom of the laptop and there isn’t a number pad.

Have been using this laptop for about a year now and all I can say is it’s amazing the 244 hz display is super crisp and the specs are no joke have had no trouble running any game on max settings and easily clearing 100+ fps

I have bought ASUS gamming laptops for the past several years but I can not recommend this model. The overheating problems with this unit make it unworkable as a laptop. It gets so hot touching it burns. As a computer it works great and the gameplay is awesome but the overheating issues make it unusable for any game taking more then an hour.

Runs games good but battery life is no good, doesnt last long and sometimes doesn't perform good while unplugged and gaming

Great laptop, but sometimes you have to unplug plug back in the thunderbolt cable for your monitor because it doesn't always detect it. I also wish it was in "brushed black" color.

Excellent spec. Using it for the new Microsoft flight simulator and it runs smoothly with highest rendering settings. I had blue screen incidents and following the advice of Microsoft support I reinstalled Microsoft Windows ten and the issue did not reoccur since.

Beautiful overall, fast, beautiful screen and decent speakers, the only issue is when plugged in and doing some not really heavy work, it gets hot and the fans kick in very loud

Giving this 4 stars because I had to replace this laptop within 3 days of purchase. Was going through the restart loop. I likely had a lemon. Thereafter the system has been excellent.

Totally happy with this purchase. I have not found anything that I cannot do with this laptop yet. My only sadness is that there is no native numeric keypad on this laptop. But, that was easily rectified by an external BT keyboard anyhow.

This laptop is pretty bad for its price tag if I'm being completely honest. It has had some pretty awful thermal performance since I first purchased it. Playing games like Minecraft and Stardew valley can get the cpu to 90°C easily, and when I sent it in to be fixed under warranty I was told it was fine since it never went over 100°C. So yes while the 2070 and i7 are nice to have, you can't really utilize them since they are constantly thermal throttling. An under-volt is almost necessary. Plus a little over a year after I bought it one of the fans started going out making the laptop louder than it was before, I can't even bring it to the library to do simple homework because the fans are always ramping to their max and buzzing. Overall a very bad purchase, be wary.

Very nice, fast, long battery life. Purchased it for myself and my son fell in love with it - says it better than his desktop! Make sure you get the extra protection because you'll want to use it all the time.

The appearance and size of this laptop is relatively minimalistic compared to a lot of gaming laptops. The 240 Hz display is buttery smooth, and the preinstalled software is actually good, not garbage bloatware you see with so many other laptops.

My sons seems to love the computer, using it for school and pretty heavy gaming. His only complaint is that at time the keyboard has gotten so hot he nearly couldn't touch the keys. We did purchases a fan shelf to go under it and run it when its on.

Got it a week ago and works really well, Unable to update my keyboard firmware for some reason but other than that i am thoroughly pleased. This is my first laptop purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to start gaming on a computer.

Had this for a bit over a year, it overheats very easily now and that affects performance in games.

Needed this as life changes and now I can’t play my games because I travel more. Can’t take the PS4 and big screen everywhere. Love the response time and speed of this machine. Makes still playing easy no matter where I am.

I love everything about it and heard so many good things about this product. I had to purchase it and I have no regrets. THANK YOU ASUS!!

Awesome laptop, battery life is great, I’ve only had it for 1 month but I haven’t had any issues yet. Fast and reliable so far, will add another review in a few months.

This is so worth the money!! I’ve had it for a bit and have had no complaints with it!! If you are thinking about getting a gaming laptop and somewhat got a budget please get this I promise you won’t regret it!

Honestly one of the best gaming laptops of this year, if you’re reading this review I advice you to wait until Best Buy lowers the price (they do it here and there so dw) to $1200 because it’s worth your money.
