I really like the feel and the design of it. I bought this during the sale for $1250 and probably one of the best deal out there. However, I am giving this laptop 2 stars because the item I received seems to be an open-box item instead of a brand new item, even though I paid for the brand new price. The seal of the box were already broken and there was a scratch to the bottom left of the keyboard. It took 3 weeks for the item to get to my location so It's not worth the time to send the item in for a replacement. A little scratch won't hurt the performance of the laptop. Just be aware when you buy this product online, make sure to check that your item isn't an open box item.

The keyboard trackpad is far better than DELL laptops. The screen has dead pixels in two areas. We called the ASUS warranty for repair. Here is what happened. According to Bestbuy Customer support - Your laptop carries one year warranty and has not expired. Pls, contact ASUS. We cannot help. Asus Agent (John) - Warranty Expired last month. Bestbuy sells third-party products. Contact Best Buy. I went to a local best buy store - NO USE.
