Gaming Laptop plagued by bad design and overheatin

I took the laptop in for warranty work after the laptop continued to overheat. That didn't resolve the issue and now I'm stuck with a laptop out of warranty that overheats and cannot run games at a stable framerate. I will not buy Asus Laptops again. i wish i had bought a extended warranty because I'm stuck with this piece of junk now.

It worked fine for a couple of months, but after an update, the audio disappeared. I tried many fixes and guides, and nothing worked. I tried to contact the manufacturer, and they only redirected me to Best Buy. Best Buy only will check the laptop if I have a Geek Squad membership. Now I have a brick at home with no audio but a super loud fan when running Chrome to watch Youtube videos...that I cannot hear.

Amazing laptop...with very deep issues

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved this laptop, but playing even small indie games in an apartment with great ventilation and keeping the AC at 60 degrees with the best external fan on the market and an additional external fan....you are lucky to push this laptop below 90 degrees Celsius. This laptop is on borrowed time, and I'm sad to see so many reviewed it without doing basic tests using the applicatins arleady built into the laptop....theres even a dedicated button to open up tempuratures and they are SO BAD

This model undergoes intensive quality control testing and final inspection for both hardware and software. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated issue. We are recommending to complete a BIOS reset on the device, please follow the below steps to reset the BIOS.
Step 1. Please turn off your device completely.
Step 2. Turn your device on again and quickly press the F2 at the boot process to enter BIOS.
Step 3. Press the F9 in the BIOS to load optimized defaults and select Yes to confirm.
Step 4. Then tap on "F10" and select "Yes" (to save settings and restart)
