It worked fine for a couple of months, but after an update, the audio disappeared. I tried many fixes and guides, and nothing worked. I tried to contact the manufacturer, and they only redirected me to Best Buy. Best Buy only will check the laptop if I have a Geek Squad membership. Now I have a brick at home with no audio but a super loud fan when running Chrome to watch Youtube videos...that I cannot hear.

Amazing laptop...with very deep issues

This laptop is on borrowed time, and I'm sad to see so many reviewed it without doing basic tests using the applicatins arleady built into the laptop....theres even a dedicated button to open up tempuratures and they are SO BAD
