    Great Laptop, fair price, but the AC adapter stopped working. I don't know why it just doesn't work at all. Very disappointed that broken adapter comes with a brand new package.

    It is OK just so much less computer for so much more money then the one you scrapped. Used to each computer being more for less so this one was disappointing.

    Not worth the time you are going to spend on this.

    I bought this laptop one month ago and the amount of trouble it has given me is astonishing. I am a new to college student and I picked this up to run my software for music composition, and to play games on top of that. 2 days past the return date and the GPU in the system fails. I take it to best buy because I have a warranty through Asus and they say it will take at least 16 to 30 days to get it sent off and repaired. The "Geek Squad" has no idea about what they are doing and appear to know little to nothing about computers. It is a week after my trip to Best Buy and now the CPU is having issues being limited to 800 MHz. This laptop is an absolute joke and a waste of my money. Do your self a favor and just build a PC. I am sending this to be repaired at the end of this semester and I am going to sell this thing as fast as possible.

    Blue screens and keyboard not working

    This is my second M15. The first one had blue screen issues and the second one, the backlit keyboard just stops working.

    lackluster laptop

    i am giving it two stars because there are a lot of mid tier laptops out there that are average and dont cut the cheese. this one takes it to another level. This laptop runs HOT temps exceed 90 on the cpu and the gpu throttles to the point where i will drop 40 frames in a second. there are better laptops for cheaper prices out there.

There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install updates. This will cause the unit to run a bit hotter than normal and in turn ramp up the fan speed. We would recommend that the user check for and install all updates for all installed applications. Multiple restarts are recommended to ensure all updates are installed.

    The laptop was amazing, good price ( 1250$ ) for this spec and 240hz screen was really cool. The reason I'm giving 2 starts is because I think I get a faulty one. The cpu temperature was every time at 90-96 degrees. I talk with an asus support and did all the things he said but nothing change.

    Don't trust open box

    Never buy open box from best buy. They gave me the worst condition laptop. I am not sure of they even check their product. This laptop overheats. Has flickering back light, sound quality is so poor. $1200 down the drain.

    Really loud fan like a vacuum machine. I purchased this with high expectations but was dismayed because it has so many issues. Abysmal laptop. Hoping to return it as soon as possible. Don’t waste your money.

When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.

    With very mild use (no gaming, rendering, compiling, etc cetera), it lasted 13 months and about 120 used hours before frying in a boot up.

    I bought this laptop and two days after buying it, the laptop would not turn on, returned it and bought the same product but this time, the fan was messed up. Took it to a third party repair shop to have the fans cleaned and thermal paste added to it; problems with the fans still occurred. Brought it back to best buy to have it fixed but they were unable to due the warranty being voided. It was my fault for having the laptop fixed at another repair shop but it is still unacceptable receiving two laptops with major problems.

    I got this for my son and for the first couple, it was great. But when day three rolled around, the pixels started to distort, and it was taking forever to load. Then, it started switching from turbo mode to windows mode, and the performance would go up and down, ruining the games my son played. Then, the whole thing just froze making a repeated sound of what was just playing. I wish I could return it and get a different laptop, but it's too late now.

    Great lil gaming laptop

    It's a little loud but it's ok! I love it. I can run some pretty memory-intensive, graphic-heavy games. I play Call of Duty, Halo Infinity, Outlast Trials, Fortnite, GTA, Red Dead Redemption, Rust, etc. etc. and it runs great. It HAS to be plugged in though. If it's not plugged in, first of all, the battery will drain pretty quick, and your game will lag significantly. Honestly it's pretty much expected though. Love it for my first gaming PC. Keep in mind that the fans are pretty loud when you're doing some intense stuff. I personally don't mind it because it's the fastest computer i've had, but that may be a dealbreaker for some people.

    Specs wise it is a fantastic deal bang for your buck if you dont mind a mainly plastic laptop for $1500+. However the unit I recieved went bad in about 5 days due to a bad motherboard. Returned
