I think it’s an amazing computer, it can be loud at times but you can just easily set the computer to silent or performance or even put headphones on. It’s amazing for downloading and playing games over all best computer I’ve ever had.

Great gaming laptop! Absolutely amazing graphics! My only issue is it gets really, really hot, and it does so rather fast. I'm adding a cooling pad and hopefully that fixes the problem.

I have been needing a new laptop for a little while now. One that had better speed and performance than my last laptop. Well, I found what I was looking for. The boot-up time was so much faster than my last laptop. The speed to open an application is almost instant. I'll actually be able to enjoy playing video games again with no lag.

Overall the laptop itself is really nice including its sleek design. It functions well and i have had no issues with processing. The graphics are unreal when you watch 8k landscape videos on YouTube. It is a little complicated setting the settings to what you want them to be but that goes with every pc.

Matte keyboard feels really good compared to other laptops. Very compact and sleek. Easy to set up. Decent price when on sale. I am surprised that I was able to find a gaming laptop with this price and meets most of my requirements in a laptop.

First of all, I am 74 and still a gamer with a good comprehension of computers. Just a bit above basic. I did a lot of research to purchase this gaming laptop as I have to have small real estate [screen] when I play because of handicapped hands. All is wonderful, FPS, colors, you name it. It is placed on a tray with fans as this laptop sucks air from the bottom and exit from behind and sides. I use a mechanical keyboard and mouse. [personal preference]. HOT... HOT... and HOTTER! I have a software downloaded which in the "taskbar" show the CPU and GPU "live" temps and also gives me the spiked temps upper and lower as also the average. 97.... BEST BUY support? ZERO... Did I say ZERO? I live 100 miles from the nearest store and of course "phone" is going to be my communication. Hours on hold... call again and again and again... hours on hold [yes! I am a bit agitated! can you tell?] ASUS was kind enough to reply to an email. Yes, it is clean, it is getting much air, the room is cool and on and on. I know the drill. I was asked to update the BIOS. That is were I stop. My knowledge does not go that far as already being a delicate operation [for me anyhow]. I could "brick" the laptop as they say meaning "break it!!!]. What is my recourse? This is a complain I read over and over. Have you ever heard the public outcry that laptops only last two years? And do you know why? HEAT. It almost feels like a conspiracy from the manufacturers "lets make some laptops that heat up, our sales will go up"... We go to Mars but cannot make a laptop that stays cool? So now, since I cannot get anyone on the phone from Best Buy "to make an appointment with the Geek Squad" how many times will I have to drive the round trip you think? I am going to guess at least twice... 400 miles+. Fuel, wear and tear on the car... Yes, on Social Security we think about all that! Thanks for reading and maybe BB will get in touch with me? I won't hold my breath... They were so eager when it came to sell it!!! And now.... ZERO

Great Laptop, only strife is that when you first load into some games it stutters but it stops happening after like 2 minutes. also streams on this look horrible but performance is good

Bought on sale for $1300, for college and playing games. Works great, light weight. Only small issue is after playing games for a while, it gets a bit loud. Battery life is pretty good when browsing web and watching movies. Don't recommend playing games unless your chargers in.

This is a fantastic laptop. I have had no operating issues with it at all and it runs everything without issue and on high settings. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is it runs HOT. You cant run a stressful program with it directly on your lap. Its a small compact machine so I understand cooling is an issue and this really doesnt take away from the quality of computer it truly is.

This laptop has not disappointed me. I have had it for roughly three months, and experienced smooth gaming and working the entire time, with seamless graphics. I have been using it with an external monitor via micro usb-c hub to Display port and having no trouble running games 1440P and 144hz while simultaneously streaming movies and shows on the laptop screen. For the price, I believe this is one of the best PC's you can get. Only "down side" would be when running the fans on turbo, they are a bit noisy. This has not bugged me at all, and if you are not gaming it is very easy to switch to silent mode.

This is my first serious gaming computer and I couldn't be happier with it. It's really fast and the graphics are amazing. I am very happy with my purchase.

This laptop is great for the avid gamer who is going to college because of how thin it is and that it doesn't look like a normal gaming laptop.
