It can run new games on full detail, and I get optimum frame rates. It does tend to run hot, so I'd recommend a good cooling pad.

Fans as usual make noise so doesn't concern me. The display is good. Was hoping for the anime matrix but it doesn't have that

Also, runs hot even with Idle. Changed the option "Performance" 140ºF (60ºC) to "Windows" on ArmoryCrate and runs at 129ºF (54ºC) on idle, no CPU activity. With an old game Quake3, the temperature go to 167ºF (75ºC) and at moments a little more. The Nvidia cards goes to 129ºF mostly. Fans shows activity on all (CPU Fan, GPU Fan, System Fan), no fan noise. I have an "old" Acer Nitro 5 17" with Core-i5 and never runs that hot.

The fans do get a little loud when gaming or pushing the CPU/GPU but for a thin powerful laptop the porability is worth it.

I had to return it because of money issues but I loved it so much for the two weeks I had it. I hope to get this exact model or something like it someday. To start the graphics were freaking fantastic, as expected. The temps never got to an unbearable temperature. The battery life was also pretty amazing. There is nothing spiecific I would change or had a problem with.
