I bought it on sale for my 14 year old son who is a gamer and a musician. It's graphics and speed are mind blowing for a laptop. He is able to work on multiple windows without missing a beat. We did get a wired mouse for ease and good connection to the system. I wish it came as a 17" model. The screen is just barely decent. I wouldn't go smaller. It keeps it's cool pretty well and the battery life is good for the power it has. As we are also total tech members, we had Best Buy set it up and got us rolling so quickly!

Bad experience

Geeksquad couldn't figure it out and sam thing with the team that habdles the repairs out of state. Ended up getting my money back and buying a different laptop

Great laptop, a pain to upgrade due to rubber cove

Really loud when gaming so make sure you have a headset and a cooling pad. A bit of a pain to take apart to upgrade ram and storage. Its hard to get some of the rubber covers off some of the screws while trying to avoid accidentally scratching the laptop.great battery when not using the Nvidia gpu for normal workloads. Amazing display, great colors and crazy fast refresh rate. A little heavy for carrying around.
