Only real downside i have with it is the 16gb of ram, but upgrading it was no problem.

We kept getting an error saying there was not enough memory. Not being a complete computer genius, I had to struggle my way through to download different drivers, do other updates, ect... It wasn't until later in the evening that he could finally play his games. After he started playing, he kept complaining about the computer crashing or freezing, and he would have to restart multiple times a day. Not sure if this is from things he was doing, or the computer itself? However, after a week or so, the glitches have seemed to worked themselves out, and he isn't have as many issues. But from the reviews and the costs, I was hoping for something a little better.

A little weirdness with the sleep/wake function, screen sometimes doesn't come back when you wake from sleep - have to turn it off and back on again, but that could also be user error.
