Great laptop… as advertised. Salesperson very helpful

I heckin love this thing. Fans can get loud, but I typically play with a headset so it is not a big problem. Great for video and photo editing. Not the coolest looking laptop, but it looks considerably better than a lot of other laptops out there. 10/10

Gets really hot after an hour of gaming. Blue screened probably 8 times since I’ve had it.

Over we don’t know much about gaming pc’s or laptop. But when guided and told that this would be one of the best options available. This was a gift for my sister and so far no complains about it being slow or not working properly. This laptop gives a lot of space to download games.

Seems pretty good so far. Decent speed graphics are nice. Beware the keyboard* There is a known decect where the keyboard lights kind of strobe when the computer goes into power save and you can only make it stop by making the default color black so it doesnt light up at all.

Great but quit hot when play gaming for 4-5 hours.

This is one of the best gaming laptops out there, highly recommended. The only flaw I found is, it has a hot-air scape pie that blows directly to the screen, it's a design critique that this machine have had since 3 generations ago and Asus doesn't seem to care, but overall, a great machine.

This is the best laptop for the money in its price range. The specs are mid-tier for gaming but that's exactly what I was going for. Do yourself a favor though, disable microsoft's onedrive when you first start it up. That's the only annoying part (less about the laptop, more the microsoft suite).

It’s a great computer for both studies and games!!

This was a great laptop while it lasted which was only a year. After just one year the keyboard/EC (embedded controller) has failed and now the internal keyboard is completely dead. Terrible design, would stay away from this laptop and ASUS in general. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I’m gamer, I have a pc and I never change for this, I’m only use this for work, high temperature, good hz, I love the face recognition! For my 6/10

Great value and performace all around, except for one problem that is probably unfixable. The dpc latency on this device is mad crazy. I was encountering problems like audio crackling and latency when clicking and stuff, and I found out it's latency problem. From my research and hours on reddit, no one seems to have an actual solution to this and it's getting quite annoying. Keep in mind this problem is only really noticable on battery mode, which means if you plug it in it's better. From what I know, this also seems to be an underlying probelm in the 2022 model. I really should've done more research before buying this :( Does anyone have the same problem after getting this laptop? Cuz theoretically everyone should be having this problem

I use this for when I travel. That way I can stay connected on the go and play Call of duty or other games with my friends! Never have any issues running games and can play all day with no problems as well! Best investment for a gaming laptop I would highly recommend!

After using an Alienware M16, i thought all gaming laptops were bulky and loud with terrible speakers. This thing has pretty great speakers (nothing compares to my macbook). It’s surprisingly quiet, and its super fast. I can run my two favorites, Warzone and Fortnite, at max graphics, and it’s not so noisy that it distracts me.
