    Great at first. I am running into an issue where it's overheating. It's doing it when charging and still on. I have to turn it off for it to charge and not overheat.

    Was absolutely loving my laptop until i desided to look up its specs!!Turns out its missing a ram stick! I Imagine buying certified from bestbuy included some sort of quality check!Guess not... Aside from said perfect laptop would recommend a new model

    Underpowered GPU that has trouble running newer titles at Max settings. Very loud when gaming. I was hoping that the new 3-fan design would reduce the sound profile. Seems just as loud as last years model with 3070ti which I purchased for my son in December.

    Power charging issue since day one. When playing a game it will change from battery charging notification issue. to power cable charging issue.
