    Was absolutely loving my laptop until i desided to look up its specs!!Turns out its missing a ram stick! I Imagine buying certified from bestbuy included some sort of quality check!Guess not... Aside from said perfect laptop would recommend a new model

    Loud and underpowered

    Underpowered GPU that has trouble running newer titles at Max settings. Very loud when gaming. I was hoping that the new 3-fan design would reduce the sound profile. Seems just as loud as last years model with 3070ti which I purchased for my son in December.

    Open Box “Excellent” = No charger, no warrenty

    I purchased this open box. Was listed in “Excellent” condition. The store however did not have the charger included which I didn’t realize until I got home. I live 2 hours away from the store I got it from. Called customer service and they were very unhelpful and told me I had to go back to the store to get it situated. Apparently you can’t call the stores anymore and it goes to a customer service center, which is fine. But I’m not doing another 4 hour round trip for a charger. Customer service would not send one to me. Also the open box does not fall under manufacturer warranty from asus which Best Buy swore up and down that it did. Overall I’m very disappointed in this experience and will likely shop elsewhere for my future electronic needs. The charger and extended Best Buy warranty cost me over $550 in additional charges. I would have been better off buying it brand new from Asus, Amazon, or BH Photo.

    Power charging issue since day one. When playing a game it will change from battery charging notification issue. to power cable charging issue.

    Had it for a week and any time I played a game the cpu heated up to 95 Celsius and stayed there until I closed the game. The keyboard was unbearably hot and even caused a minor burn on my finger. I took it back to best buy and had them open it up to see if it was missing thermal paste or something and they told me its exactly how its intended to be. They actually suggested i turn it into a desktop with a cooling pad, an external keyboard, mouse and monitor. Also fan noise is ridiculous.

    Stutter and Lag

    Im the ganes it is stuttering and lagging. I can not seem to find out the reason. I have factory reset it multiple times and alsp upgraded the drivers. I'm probably going to return it and get something else instead. This is a huge disappointment, honestly. On reddit, i saw a ton of people had this exact problem, and they could not figure out what it was. Please read up on this before you decide to get it.

    Getting Hot

    Ended up returning it. Got way too hot while playing FallOut 4. I'm talking almost burning your fingers hot just above the key board. Normal tasks were fine, but about 5 min of game play and the keyboard was cooking. After about 15 min, I could start to feel the heat in the keys.

    Call of Duty Warzone FPS + Image Rendering Issues

    This laptop was unable to run Call of Duty Warzone 3 with updated gpu/cpu drivers, windows updates, battery plugged in, cooling pad, default settings, tested/highly recommended updated in game settings, updated config settings, and overclocked. ~60-80 FPS, continuous graphic rendering issues, and loud fans. The game was not playable at all.
