    This model (like other recent products from this brand) has poor quality control and support. I've had multiple repairs since the first month of owning. Do yourself a favor and look for a company who still puts out quality products.

    phenomenal on paper but 3rd unit and all had driver, software issues that neither ASUS nor Windows support could fix, even re-installing windows etc ... The one I have now cannot change the screen brightness for example...

    I thought this laptop was going to be similar or better to thr acer i bought but it turned out to be very slow. It would not open any steam games even after trouble shooting and updating drivers,bios, and laptop. This laptop in my opinion is not worth the price you could get something better at the same price

    Would not recommend constantly crashes when playing large games even thought thats its whole purpose. Overheats short battery life, and charges very slow. 10 year old out of date laptop that is about to explode worked better and didnt crash.

    Locked out of Bios.

    Bought this open box Certified.. Got it home and part of the hinge broke in my hand when I took it out of the box. Also someone had been playing in the bios and thought it would be a good idea to put a password in. Now I cannot get into Bios to check if it needs an update. I will probably return it. While it does run .. Geek Squad should have done a better job of checking it.

    just got the laptop as a replacement of a glitching G14 and im glad i did the exchange. plenty of power under the hood and pair that with the amazing display and you get a powerful machine on the go ! Dont expect over on hour oof gaming on battery tho. will be expanding the RAM soon

    Bought open box, nowhere did it indicate that it wouldn't come with a charger. Quite terrible to sell a laptop without a way to charge it. A replacement charger for this model costs ~$250. Otherwise seems like a nice laptop.

    No product! I ordered a laptop on 11/24/23. Supposed to be in on 12/7/23. I received a tequest to provide a review for the laptop, but as of today, 12/17/23, i still havr not received my laptop. Sure hope it gets here by Christmas!

    It came with a Windows Product Key not activated, and whenever i try to activate it, it says this Product key is not valid. Called customer services and was on the phone for over 2 hours. They still couldn't fix the issue

      Normally, if a brand-new product was ordered and paid, WINDOWS activation process is automatic, after the initial WINDOWS setup completed and the laptop connected to the internet, since the SLC(Software License Code) is embedded in the BIOS. Entering a product key manually is not required, authentication or activation process is automatic, as mentioned. Please try to restore the system to factory setting to resolve the Windows activation error. Please check with your seller if you were shipped with a brand new product,

    Long awaited laptop arrived today and while the keyboard lit up the display screen did not. Will be taking it to Best Buy in the morning after ASUS support acknowledged a hardware defect. Not being usable should not warrant any stars at all.

    I returned it. Just wasn’t putting out great performance for a 4070. Ultra on 1080p is great and all but who plays at 1080 anymore??
