    Bad software defect

    Bought this laptop 3 weeks ago, worked perfectly fine until one Armory Crate update(Asus built in Software), runied the entire laptop now i cannot control the laptop and it wont let me control the GPU or Screen, this is a major defect and nees to be fixed asap, be aware of this, also the inly fix is to use GHelper(Third party controller), Be aware!

    I recently purchased the ASUS Zephyrus laptop with high hopes for its performance and sleek design. However, my experience quickly turned sour when the screen suddenly stopped working and turned black after just a few days of use. The sudden screen failure was a major inconvenience and disappointment, especially considering the premium price I paid for this laptop. Despite troubleshooting attempts and contacting customer support, the issue remained unresolved, leaving me frustrated and without a functional device. The lack of durability and reliability in the ASUS Zephyrus screen is concerning and has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the product. I expected better quality and performance from a reputable brand like ASUS, but this experience has left me questioning the reliability of their products. In conclusion, my experience with the ASUS Zephyrus laptop has been marred by the unexpected screen failure, which has greatly hindered my ability to use the device effectively. I would caution others considering this laptop to be wary of potential issues with the screen and to thoroughly research and consider other options before making a purchase. Hoping to return it for i have only use it for only 12 days

    This is the worst gaming laptop ive seen by far. Asus support is non existent i will never purchase or recommend anything asus for any reason truly terrible machine.
