Wanted to love it but couldn't. Pros, amazing bright screen, great build quality, solid keyboard, light weight, price is amazing for the components. Cons, #1 issue and why I returned it, the fans are ridiculously loud even for a gaming machine. I'm guessing they have to be for the slim chassis but it's super loud which you need to push the 3070 ti but competitors don't get this loud. You'll need ANC headphones to drown them out. The surfaces get hot, but that's tolerable given there components. Another con, the 3070 ti is very good just not great because of the form factor you'll need a 3080ti/3080 in this machine for max graphics. On turbo it's almost there though, with the wind tunnel noise.

Great laptop for occasional gaming. Bought this for my wife to play World of Warcraft on no issues. Be aware though that the CPU runs hot so fan noise is louder than what you would expect but a good laptop fan base stand is an absolute must. Overall I would recommend this for gamers who play smaller leads frequent sessions.

Well, I will say it’s a great laptop for this price range. But the performance of 3070ti is limited by the low power PDU. So if you plan to play many triple A titles on this laptop, I will not recommend, Strix or legion pro might be better options. Also, the fan is really loud in performance mode.

This laptop is beast plain and simple. It is an absolute steal at 1399.99. You wont find anything else at this price for it packs. 3070ti (yes its 120w max but it still powerful). 16x10 beautiful screen. Thin and light. Obviously there are more powerful 3070ti laptops but at the cost of being heavier and bulkier. This i perfect for being mobile work/gaming

I am still using this laptop for on the go tasks and livestreaming using vMix. It's a great laptop for the money. Few things though. The vMix takes a lot longer to start up cpmpared to my other laptops. When you switch between power and battery the screen goes off for few seconds. But the battery lasts forever.

I finally got a chance to really push this laptop. I was using it for 3d graphic design and cad work for milling and 3d printing. That is absolutely no problem for this machine. I decided to push it to run genshin impact and warfare. At full specs for both games this unit ran them without breaking a sweat. I am do glad i picked this machine! I have nothing to complain about screen, keyboard, speed all perfection

Hey ... this machine is everything I wanted. It is fast, graphics are tremendous and it is so simple to use. When surfing news articles and other info, it is just click and you are there. No lag, no slag = happy me. Best Buy has always been a good provider for me for the past 20 years. I just keep coming back. The Super Geeks are friendly, personable and unbelievably smart. Love this laptop Has some fantastic performance and its sleek and looks great My only gripe is the battery life compared to the g15 due to its more power hungry i9 But otherwise it's great. Display is also top notch, can't go back to 16:9 anymore :)

This computer is insanely powerful. It can run any game or program will relative ease. For the price you won't get any better. However, my only compliant and the reason I returned it was because of the battery life. I'm aware with a system this powerful that's what you have to expect. But I wanted to be hopeful and have a powerful computer for college. Nope! 1 hour and a half just browsing the web. But still very nice and well built

Needed an upgrade PC to replace my old laptop and this unit is plentiful. I was actually looking for the 4000 series unit but it was not in store it had to be ordered I was in a rush and waiting was not ideal. So Taking the 3000 series was still a big upgrade from my old GTXm950 and no waiting I walked out of the store with the new pc. I do light gaming and alot of media consumption of tv and movies.

Not the best value purchase (Legion is) but the most beautiful. It looks very professional yet is capable in terms of gaming performance. Encountered some BSODs that I wrongly attributed to the laptop, but turns out it was just a Windows 11 thing that an update and some tweaks fixed for me. If you want a beautiful screen, a design that doesn’t scream “gaming”, and a little bit of portability (considering its smaller charging adapter and overall weight), then this is your best option.

The laptop has state of the art performance, capable of handling even the most demanding game titles without any hassle. The battery life is also stellar as long as you tweak the power plan. My only concern is the exhaust air directed at the display. Asus engineers and their display manufacturer both vouch for their product's durability and longevity, so I will try not to worry unnecessarily.

screen is great. speed is great. can get noisy but you expect that with a gaming laptop.

Other than the memory issue that is well documented at this point, this thing rocks. I use this as a DD and there is no fan noise during non gaming usage. When your gaming its a completely different animal. You better have good noise cancelling headphones. Performance is fantastic gaming so far. No light bleeding on mine. The surface is a fingerprint / smudge magnet especially if your on the oily/greasy side. SSD is PCIe 3 slow, but upgradeable.

Had this model since Feb 2023, and has exceeded all expectations. Just remember that this laptop squeezes a lot of power into a small unit and can be loud when playing games in turbo mode (plugged in), however battery life is decent when running in eco mode surfing and doing word processing. But you can utilize silent mode for a extremely quiet experience. Great buy, lots of power.
