You should go to buy this. really powerful. the display is fantastically amazing, it feels like an OLED panel. The speakers are loud and crisp-clear. The camera is a bit low res but it doesn't bother me much. Do some noise while using the GPU but you get used to it. Overall superb product. Really happy with the purchase. Worth the money.

Not in store staff, but over the phone support. They lie. They tried kept me on the phone for hours. After all this they won't price match an order after it is on sale less than 5 days outside of price match window. It's recommend this product. I wouldn't recommend Bestbuy.

Multiple stuck bright and dead pixels.

Big flaw was the screen. Fired up with a few stuck bright pixels, hardly noticable with the density if not for one 2x2 cluster. Closer inspection with varying dark and bright backgrounds revealed at least five other stuck bright pixels and three dead dark pixels. A few massaged out but more revealed itself as the screen got warmer. Returned it and clerk mentioned having multiple units returned that same day with various issues from crashes and random shutdown to similar pixel issues.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, the pixel isssue with the display is a random problem. ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. We recommend that you send the product in for service so we can determine if this is a displayr issue so this may be resolved immediately. A RMA number is required to send it in for service. It does a little hot though. Running on turbo mod it keeps temps between 70-80 running battlefield 2042 at ultra settings. Fps between 65-85.

Fans are loud when playing games on turbo. But other gaming laptops won't be quiet anyway. Intel's chip is easy to hit at very high temperatures. The battery is ok.

I had seen this laptop go on sale for $1400, and instantly jumped on the deal. For a 16” laptop, it is pretty light, and doesn’t run too hot or too loud. Really greaf purchase.
