It did come with windows 11 which I was not entirely used to but if you know your way around a computer then figuring out the new OS shouldn't be a problem.

Everything has been amazing. Only drawback is no side number pad. I upgraded the storage and memory, but really didn't need it.

Runs a lot faster and with 3070 ti, the max you could get in US was the 3060 for the m16 2021

I wish that updating bios or drivers helped. I love ina remote area so it’s going to be a whole thing to get it sent for repair. Asus has been great about it though.

I deal with computers every day of my life. computers with more power than this thing. there is no reason this machine needs to be as loud or as hot as it is. asus in another review said that anyone with the same components would have heat and fan noise issues. this is simply not true. I have a laptop for work that is twice as performant as this and its barely audible during high workloads. the problem in my opinion is just how power hungry and hot the 12th gen intel processors are. full stop. I've had this thing for two days and its crashed on me seven times. it uses half the included ram at idle. and its not like you can upgrade the ram because half of it is soldered to the board. big disappointment from asus. probably won't be buying another laptop from them again. but man is it pretty.

When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient airflow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource-hungry applications are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature. The heat or temperature decreases or normalizes once system resource utilization goes down. Please refer to the FAQ below. I've owned many a gaming laptops and it is the loudest under a heavy load. That being said if you are fine with the noise it's a great gaming laptop in a thin and light package.

Multiple issues.

The first one I had bought began to develop white ripples on thr screen after less than a month. I exchanged it for a new one, and soon after I updated it the resolution was out of wack, with everything being grey/white washed. I finally just returned it and asked for my money back. Im mad I wastee my time.
