Very happy with this product. And price was super good even when comparing to an equal power 4000 series. Have zero issues so far .Great buy.

Great laptop while it worked. About 3 months ago started showing pixelated lines with discoloration. The more I read about it, the more i found that this is a common issue with this type of laptop. Of course is out of warranty so this 18 month old computer now doesnt work properly. It really is unfortunately because I enjoyed it but paying $2000+++ for a laptop that only lasted 18 months is very disappointing. Not happy, i had a very bad experience with ASUS.

To be honest, this laptop is a little disappointing, the performance is okay, but the fan is so noisy when playing games or running some heavy duties that it is hardly can be ingored. I don't even want to bring it to public places now.

16:10 got some time to getting used to for gaming, but otherwise the screen is really good. Speakers are not great with absolutely no bass.

Overall great product. Super fast and gameplay is great.

Decent desktop replacement laptop. Pros: In stock, fast CPU, good GPU, looks good, trackpad works well, keyboard types well, wifi 6, good set of ports to choose from, 2.5GbE Cons: Loud fans, soft touch plastic turns greasy with fingerprints, windows sleep consumes about 5% every hour on sleep mode so it's a terrible laptop, hot (no surprise so is this really fair to count as a con?), no media keys, speakers are lacking, status LEDs light up the bottom of the screen and are obnoxious - especially at night Overall I'm pleased with this purchase because it plays games well so far and isn't entirely dependent on a laptop cooling pad to work well. It's slim and looks good. There are things I would change about it for sure, and I have a lot of cons listed but most of those are relatively minor. I'm able to get OK battery life if I turn on energy saver and "silent" mode - about 4-5 hours of web browsing, but losing 5% every hour on sleep makes this laptop unusable on the road for me.

Sturdy material, bright screen, keyboard is good. It boots fairly fast. Recommend for professionals in the engineering , architecture etc.

So far, it's been getting the job done. I'm currently using it for classes so powerpoint, word, and videos. It's been working excellent and loading everything very fast. I've been able to switch between programs quickly. I have not started to use it for gaming or editing yet, but when I do, I expect it to continue performing well.

I had this laptop for six months and five of them were amazing. In the fifth month I started noticing my frame rates drop in video games. I soon realized it was due to my graphics card reaching temperatures of 90°C.  when playing war zone my temperatures are usually 70°C at medium settings. After sending this in for repair and waiting three weeks my problem was only partially fixed. My temperatures were lower but now in the l80s at low settings. This is unacceptable especially since I paid 2k. Buy a desktop and get something that lasts

Pretty good laptop. But it is a little expensive for 2k.

Amazing laptop and amazing build. Only problem I have is that half the time I boot up the fans won't spin so I have to restart until they do. Other than that this thing is a beast. Gonna RMA to get that one part fixed.

So far really good just weird placement of the power cable.

I really like this laptop. Two downsides are I needed to install a secondary SSD drive and increase the RAM. Unfortunately, the Best Buy version of this laptop has these two items downgraded compared to what is sold on the Asus website. I chose this route because of the better reputation of the Best Buy stores.

Nice laptop. Only objection - it does not have numeric keypad.

I had similar problems to other people in the reviews as my first laptop (brand new; not open box) was faulty. Not sure exactly what the issue was but the laptop had obvious hardware issues as my laptop would randomly power off while doing tasks. I returned it for another new laptop. However my efficiently working laptop, now, is great. I am an architecture student (halfway through my degree) and regularly use programs like Adobe products (illustrator, indesign, photoshop), Rhino, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Unreal Engine. For rendering you need a good graphics card and this laptop has smoothly dealt with the heavy workload. I don't game that much but I played Stray on this laptop. Most arch students have gaming laptops because they come with great quality graphics cards. I talked to various peers and some other laptop models came up in conversation but ultimately decided on this one. I'm happy with my decision. I was using a 2017 macbook pro prior to this, so this is a major upgrade!
