The laptop is pretty good, and it was delivered on time, nothing to complain

Great laptop , the best thing is its upgradable ram is up to 64 ddr5 4400mhz

Purchased at a great price. Laptop does everything I need / want it to do.

This computer exceeded my expectations. I bought this for gaming and video editing and so far i love it. Havent done any editing yet but from the way the games are being loaded and from how smooth they are i can tell editing wont be too bad. I have about 5 launchers and 10 games downloaded to the computer and its at its limits with storage so i will be adding a 2tb ssd to the computer and i will add a 16gb ram stick instead of the one 8gb stick just so i can run some bigger games with less lag and buffer. But i figured i would be doing that at some point anyways, overall id give this laptop a 9/10 only because i havent fully experienced all of it nor do i know how yet. But as a beginner gamer and being new to PC i enjoy it a lot.

Bought this for my daughter. She’s not an expert gamer, but loves it.

Best Laptop I have ever owned, Excellent for Gaming, Excellent for 3D modeling with AutoCAD programs. Multi-Tasking, this is my 2nd one purchase in less than a year I bought one for home and one to leave at remote office with two ACER Predator 27" monitors connected up to it via docking station.

This is a great gaming laptop. It is a perfect size and looks awesome too.

Battery issues galore. Will not power on after a full charge unless the AC adapter is plugged in and a 40 second "reset" is done. Tech support at ASUS talked me through diagnostics, BIOS update, uninstalling battery drivers and reinstalling and still the problem persists. Now that BEST BUY has discontinued it, I'm out of luck unless I want to send it out for repair to the motherboard and I can't go two weeks without a work computer. Buyer beware.

Build great, its fast, but heats up the grid between keys when gaming to a degree that it actually hurts if you miss the keys and touch the metal.

It’s minimal and sleek, with a touch of pattern to keep it interesting. The black matte finish looks and feels nice, but does show a lot of finger smudges, especially on the track pad. The RGB keyboard is nice and bright. On the top, there’s dedicated volume buttons, a button for Armory Crate (settings for fan control, RGB, display, etc), and a power/fingerprint reader. Along the sides of the keyboard are front firing speakers. The webcam, which can be used with Windows Hello for face recognition, is fine. There’s plenty of connections, with 2 USB 3, 2 USB C, headphone jack, ethernet, HDMI, and a micro SD card reader. The bottom is elevated for better airflow. Battery life Battery is fine for daily activities, which would last about 4 hours. Gaming on the other hand can drain the battery real quick. Even moderate games can drain it in about an hour. Display The display is nice. The panel is 16:10 144 Hz. The colors are nice and the fps is super smooth. Gaming at 144 is a nice experience, if you can get it to run at that frame speed. Sound The speakers are really good. They are front firing, sitting next to the keyboard and sound clear and loud without distortion. It’s also Atmos ready, but you likely won’t notice it with the laptop speakers. Performance Gaming performance was great, not that surprising with an i9 and a 3070ti, but the chassis can run really hot. With moderately demanding games, the top of the keyboard gets really hot and the heat spreads down through the keyboard. The components remain in safe temperature range, an average of 80c. Conclusion This is a great performing laptop, with good specs. The high refresh display is beautiful, the speakers sound great, and the overall gaming experience was good. The negative is that the chassis can run really hot, but the internal temperatures are within acceptable range. Battery life can run short. Normal uses will get you 3-4 hours, but gaming will probably be between 1-2 hours at most.

Not that much slower than the newer 13th gen and rtx 4000 series mobile parts.

Top of the line laptop. No need for anything else if you pick this one up.

Just over a month of hard use so far. No regrets. Prior to purchasing this device, I (like many who are reading this review) spent a great deal of time researching every gaming laptop in existence. The ROG M16 was my end choice because the slim form factor was important to me and it still manages to have a beautiful 16" screen. Tech details aside (since you've read them above), this computer simply does the job and i've been able to play all games on ultra at the 2k resolution up to this point. However, I hardly take full advantage of the I9 that is under the hood, so you will save some money if you go for a different model without this OP (for my uses) processor. If this laptop is in your budget and the form factor fits your lifestyle, then it is definitley worth serious consideration. Get a skin though, it truly is a fingerprint magnet. P.S. No problems with thermals for me. Yes, the fans are loud, but I am personally not bothered by them. You could also throttle using the silent and performance presets if you care about fan noise that much.

Great product. For its price, it really can´t get any better. Laptop is a beast, can handle anything I throw to it. Display is super crisp and content consumption is perfect, everything is displayed beautifully. And it came with a software deal. I am very happy with this purchase.
