Im returning this tonight. First, its BS that a rep from Asus can come on here and blatanly lie that this has 16gb of sodered ram. It does not!! Also, this thing is ideling at 53c and the bottom of the screen (left side) gets super hot because of where the vents are. The screen looks amazing btw.

The laptop is powerful, sleek, has fantastic speakers and has amazing color accuracy. Practically everythinv you'd want in a content creator laptop. Only problem I had with it is the soft touch keyboard deck. It's very prone to fingerprints and when wiping it down with a microfiber cloth the colors bled into it and I didnt expect it to happen. Would recommend using a black or grey microfiber cloth when cleaning, not any other color...

Doesn't have a standard numeric key board DCS world program key strokes have to be modified.

Faced issues with open box.. Item quality was not good as expected.. but overall a good device

The ROG Zephyrus is a capable gaming device armed with a 3070 ti, and an i9 processor. This is plenty of horsepower for most modern titles. The display is very nice and vibrant. Delivers a great image and has a nice refresh rate. The chassis on the other hand has a very plastic and low quality feel to it. The chiclet style keyboard is functional, and the rgb looks good. This device lacks a displayport connector for external monitor, but it does have a single hdmi port. There are only 2 usb-c and 2 usb-a style connectors which can be a bit limiting when using with external devices. The biggest overall complaint is that this device only has 16 gig of RAM, and while you could technically upgrade it, there is only 1 free slot as there is an 8gb dimm soldered onto the mainboard. This could be pretty limiting for a gaming device. When gaming the device runs a cooling fan that creates a lot of noise, even on a game like minecraft. The fan is really quite noisy. I've had plenty of other laptops with much quieter fans. Gaming Performance: Fortnite - Max Settings 50fps; High 70fps; Med 120fps Rainbow Six Siege - Max 225fps Apex Legends - Max 80fps Considering the price point I would probably build a desktop instead. There's not much value in mobile gaming as batteries tend not to last very long. While downloading steam games with nothing else running the laptop didn't last much longer than 15-20mins on unplugged and on battery. Overall it's a capable gaming laptop, but not something I would necessarily recommend to a friend if they wanted a gaming machine and didn't care about mobile vs desktop.

I was a bit skeptical when looking at the other reviews but it had everything i wanted in a new laptop and having been coming off 7 years with my old Asus laptop I wanted to stay with the brand. I took a chance and went with it and have not been disappointed. From gaming to taking it too school where i was able to use it for school work all day on Power Saving mode, its checked every box for me. As of now my only complaint, after using it for a month, is that the keyboard get dirty very quickly from my hands. Sure, the fan is loud when gaming but id rather listen to the fan than have the laptop overheat.

I was looking for a portable laptop for VaM and read tons of reviews. I tried 6700S and 6800M one but this one was the best. - GPU is faster than 6700S and 6800M - it has a high end CPU with the fastest single core performance which is important for VaM - it doesn't heat so badly like 6700S - weight is just 2kg - screen is 16" in the frame of 15.6 laptop - battery life is great! couple cons: - it marks with fingerprints easily - AC power is to powerful to use in the airplane but it is a problem for most gaming laptops - GPU speed is much lower than desktop analog but again it is a common problem

The laptop has high quality build and excellent hardware configuration. I wish I could give it a 5 stars, but the laptop has one design issue. The fan blows hot air directly into the screen. The bottom edge of the screen could get very hot if not careful. I had to mount the laptop on vertical stand and rotate the panel flat to avoid the direct hot air. But it doesn't solve the problem completely. I am a little concerned about the reliability of the screen.

This laptop is a beast and excels at what its meant for. I would definitely recommend this purchase and will contine to purchase asus down the road

it looks good in general, unfortunately it gave hard time with Adobe Premier pro, it did not work for me with that laptop, started but to launch a new project which flashes out automatically plus it did work with other adobe apps . it was good with Adobe Photoshop. that's why I returned the laptop.

Works perfectly. If you’re able to get it at discount like I did, would 100% recommend. Runs games great and doubles as a laptop for work.

At first the laptop has worked perfectly fine but started to have issues such as Asus software keeps automatically changing screen color settings, can't install the latest GPU drivers and have to used outdated ones from the Asus website because if I use the latest drives it leads to stuttering in games. Also the the finish on the sides of the laptop is coming apart.

The screen is 500 nits and resolution is perfect at WQXGA. The fans noise is very adjustable based on performance needed for tasks and ASUS has excellent management of that. Fans are expected for a nvidia 3070ti system anyway. The memory issue is not an issue. 16gb is great and you could upgrade if you somehow need (which you won't). The sound, mic, and the keyboard is spot on very smooth for typing. Beats the Razer, MSI, and macbook easily with the multitude of features and quality. it would be nice to have a 2.1 HDMI instead of 2.0b but I really don't have a use for that anyway.. The reviews will have many more 5 stars coming soon I'm sure. 3070ti is perfect for anything from video editing to any game ever...

Great laptop, ram might be an issue but being able to get 40gbs should be more than enough for most users.

WOW!!! A beautiful all-around performance. Easy to set up, very quiet, and comfortable to work with high-end applications demanding more performance.

Love it! I am using it for work, and it is extremely fast, and I love the feel of the keyboard. I would definitely recommend it!!

Solid multitasking laptop. It’s very light and is able to do everything in high performance.

So far we are happy with this product. Just as advertised and nothing wrong. Will review again if anything changes
