This laptop can handle games a lot better as it has a 3070ti instead of a 3050ti and it cost me less. The screen is really bright (500nits), the keyboard is tactile, and the mouse is extremely responsive. Overall im glad i traded in the laptop for this, though now the X Flow 16 has been released and Im considering that HDR screen!

Hesitant to drive the system to its full capability now. A search of similar problems has shown this is not an isolated event.

For gaming it’s not powerful enough, for productivity it’s too loud. In this case G15 will be a better solution, but Asus kind of mess up with their quality control. Weird circuit sound is loud enough to be noticed in cases like library. Thunderbolt driver is missing. Generally, it’s not a great choice.

I'm sorry to hear that it is loud during production. Is the fan spinning too loud? What is the average temp during production? When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Please ensure the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient airflow for better heat dissipation. For the thunderbolt driver, are you seeing a yellow exclamation sign?
