Handles my games with no problem, feels sturdy, not too heavy

Great Laptop for kids interested in games, my son loved the laptop as the speed, graphics , battery life & memory are good! The keyboard lights & user interface stand out!

First, I want to highlight build quality. The case is aluminum. Nice touch. Performance: Excellent. No issues running whatever it is I'm playing (currently Jagged Alliance 3 and War Thunder).

Excellent for game development and games. Really enjoy using it day to day to learn how to use Unity and playing my favorite steam games. Very fast, responsive, and completes any task I put up to it.

Great budget gaming laptop. RTX 4070 for under a grand and only one generation processor behind current Intel release. 1TB decent NVME drive; 16GB RAM, both of which are upgradable. Metal back, plastic frame, but - see second word in this review. Good value - actually, great value.

This laptop is a good gaming rig for the price. It can warm up with heavy games but it has pretty good cooling. I didn't need and didn't want a webcam so it was nice not having to deal with that on this laptop.

$999 when i bought it and well spent. does basically everything i want it to do well. i'm not a hardcore gamer, but it's still a great value for the money.

Affordable, reliable gaming laptop. I've been using it for the past 1.5 years after purchase, and it still runs like new. High-quality graphics are not important to me in games, but I do care about performance. And this laptop can play basically anything without lag or stutter. I had some issues in the beginning, and it was resolved by installing Armory Crate and fiddling with the power settings inside the software.

Really good and runs pretty much any game you throw at it well, no lagging (Overwatch, Apex Legends, Valorant). Startup is really quick ~ 15 seconds. Browsing the web is fast is well. Only issue is that it does die fast when not on the charger BUT it’s a gaming laptop so you can’t expect it to last forever without it on the charger. Size wise it’s really nice it’s actually thinner than it looks in the pictures on Best Buy. I’ve referred this same laptop to a friend and they love it as well.

Bought this laptop for my girlfriend for work that requires RTX 4070 or higher. It has great performance! It froze on an application which is why I didn’t give it 5 stars but has been working well since I updated the system BiOS. Best price out there.

This laptop is a great pick if you are looking into a gaming laptop for the price this laptop is 100% worth it and is very powerfull and i recomend this laptop to you.

Fast hardware, low price. Wallet is happy, and the wife is happy. If you were expecting a good screen then just know you can always get it upgraded.

Pretty good overall? Battery doesn’t hold as long as I wish but it hasn’t given me a headache like the msi overheat… it runs most games I try to use and Adobe suite plus unreal and unity

I have been using this laptop for over 1 month mainly for graphic design and video editing purposes and I like how smooth it runs, I normally have a bunch of YouTube videos open, the Adobe Cloud platform plus Lightroom and/or Photoshop along with Adobe Premier and I haven't had any issues. I know this is a gaming laptop but I personally bought it for the purpose I mentioned at the beginning. However, I had the chance to run some games and I didn't have any problems, but the only thing that i can say is that you can definitely hear the fans while gaming, or if you are using multiple editing software. This is not a downside, but i just wanted to mentioned.

I upgraded to this laptop from my MSI Stealth GS75 which was an amazing laptop, but was getting old. When I purchased the MSI, I went all out because I thought more expensive meant better. Thjs time I did my research and decided to spend more than less than half of what I spent before and I have not been disappointed. This laptop runs games amazingly. So far I am running Baldur's Gate 3 at high res as well as Jedi Survivor. I will never again buy an extremely expensive laptop. This laptop does the job and more. Regardless, i would've liked more than 144hz refresh rate :).

The ASUS TUF Gaming F15 is an incredible value for the performance you are getting. While many manufacturers cut corners in the worst possible places on their budget "gaming" laptops such as using comically underpowered GPUs with reduced graphics RAM and entry-level CPUs, ASUS gives you a full 140 watt 8GB RTX 4070 coupled with a powerful 14 Core i7-12700H. They also include a 240W power supply to ensure you can run these components at maximum performance, although you also have the option of 100W power delivery over USB-C. I did upgrade the 16gb of ram it came with to 32gb, which is the only real bottleneck the system comes with. I highly recommend this inexpensive upgrade to greatly improve overall system performance. The TUF F15 was very easy to upgrade too, simply removing a few screws and popping off the bottom panel gives you access to upgrade the RAM as well as an empty PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot that I installed a 2TB SSD drive into. Benchmarking with Passmark my TUF F15's i7-12700H scored a 29,400 CPU Rating with a 3,799 Single Thread CPU Rating, and the uninhibited RTX 4070 scored a 1,004 2D Graphics Mark and 20,333 3D Graphics Mark, all significantly above Passmark's listed average for identical hardware, and all impressive for a laptop especially at this price point. A word on the display, the 1080p resolution might seem a little low on paper, however you can run most current games at absolute maximum graphics settings with the RTX 4070 only having to drive the 144hz 1080p G-Sync display. And honestly on a 15 inch display gaming on 1080p looks absolutely fantastic. Some more premium features found on more expensive gaming laptops such as metal construction, mechanical switch keyboards, and per-key RGB lighting zones are missing on this laptop. This might be a turn off to some, but for the performance you are getting for the price, I say ASUS made the best possible decisions when budgeting this laptop.
