Amazing! Would get again. Definitely a good add on to any purchase if gaming - runs everything on Max settings. By far the fastest gaming machine I've ever owned.

Needed a new gaming laptop for my wife that wanted something more portable than the traditional desktop gaming. Computer is more than capable of playing current titles at high quality, and isn't as noisy as many comparable laptops we've had in the past.

I bought this at $979. At that price i dont think there is a computer on the market right now that can beat it. I also purchased the 2023 G14 4060 around the same time and this is my daily driver.

The computer worked pretty good for the first year and half that I owned the item after doing some windows updates I started to get packet loss on every game that I played I reset the full PC and it started to work again after downloading the nvida drivers for the computer started to get a an error message saying install failed

Very good computer, runs the small games that I play regularly. It does have an alert sound like an alarm whenever your motherboard is considered overheating, however the laptop doesn't give you any options to view why or how to fix the problem. No options to change the volume or type of alarm either.

It's a great laptop! Decent graphics and it allows me to navigate very nicely.. I would totally recommend this gaming laptop to anybody that's interested in finding great intermediate grade computer...

Everything runs super smooth, reallu great. I finally got around to hookitinf it up to an external monitor. It doesnt matter what I plug into there no signal detected. Bios ia up to date, so are drivers. Been back and forth with ASUS and nothing has worked

An awesome equipment with great capabilities at a price that you're not going to find always available, I got it in a deal, and even without the deal I was very tented to buy it,

Great battery life for a gaming laptop and low fan noise. Tough exterior. Tons of features. Only downside is the screen of 144 Hz, could have been a few nits brighter too.

So far so good. I have had this laptop for 3 months and it works as expected. I have not had any issues downloading and playing the latest games. Still need to try it with another screen. Connections to controllers, headphones, etc. have been pretty smooth.

Had laptop for close to a year now and I absolutely love it, never gave me any issues and runs intense games at high fps.

I am very satisfied with my computer so far, I would also like to tell you another incident, when I bought my computer, the price was 1150 dollars. I bought it and after about 15 days the price went down to 999 dollars, I am a student from Europe who works here only for the summer season. I didn't know what to do, I contacted the bestbuy customer representative and he relieved me and said that my money was refunded, once again I understood that I was doing the right thing by trusting BestBuy.

Great laptop. Great gpu and cpu combo. Would have been nice if it was a 13rd gen vs 12 gen intel. I recommend it if you can grab it on sale. A little loud when gaming.

It ran nicely out of the box, but I found it idling at 8GB memory usage. I doubled the ram and this thing is smoking fast. I am very green in upgrading laptops, but having 2 ddr4 slots and an extra slot for another ssd made it easy. I caught this on sale and put another $200 into it.

Great for gaming, speed performance is great, adding headset easy process overall happy with the laptop for gaming.

Has lots of bells and whistles, I use it for a drone racing simulator and it works fantastically! Super fast.

You are paying a good price for the specifications of this laptop. It runs smoothly and I got a good fps on one game I’m playing (Dota 2 on maximum details had 120 fps)
