2nd SSD slot unusable because of bad screw!

It has excellent hardware and settings, but it has some bad and one absurd isse: - outrageously bad speakers - very unresponsive mouse track - battery life way under advertised - my unit came with 2 x 8Gb RAM sticks, not 1 x 16Gb RAM stick And the thing that infuriates me the most: - the second SSD slot came unusable because the screw came from factory used, stripped and impossible to remove. How does that pass the quality check of an Asus facility for a machine that costs more 1 thousand dollars? It may sound like a minor issue, but for me it is the most major problem possible since I bougth this computer exactly because it would theoretically allow to install a second RAM stick and a second SSD. But in my case it is not possible because... well because the SSD screw came damaged. This is beyond absurd. It is a complete joke of a quality assurance issue. My regret for this purchase is beyond words.

My only gripe is that sometimes, the USBC for video and wake up does not work. A recent firmware update seemed to fix this.
