Customer service said they would send out a new one and have me ship mine out. It never came.. It laggs alot so something is off but I needed it for work so now Im stuck.

Mouse cursor freezes and other issues

I returned it and got a replacement. On my replacement the mouse cursor started freezing after a couple of weeks once I could no longer return it (2 weeks after getting my replacement). I tried to make an account on ASUS and it wouldn't accept a password so I was unable to chat with anyone. Also, the battery life seems pretty terrible compared to any other laptop I've ever owned.
