    Power brick got so hot it stopped charging

    I dunno if i got a bunk power supply but it got too hot to touch and stopped charging the laptop, after cooling overnight it seems to work but I'm trying to request a replacement. Otherwise the laptop seems decent just gets pretty toasty.

    It broke

    It worked really well for around 3 months. Then it just broke. I would turn it on, then it would turn off. Best Buy and geek squad did what they could with warranty stuff and they sent it to Asus. And knowing them they did nothing. So good on Best Buy and geek squad. But if you’re looking to buy a laptop don’t go with Asus.

    Bricked on me 5 days out of warranty...

    It did fine until one day it threw Sparks and shut off. The PC repair said there was nothing I could do. It was 5 days out of warranty. I'd avoid this model. I couldn't be more disappointed. Asus is trash.

    Best Buy Customer Support is Garbage!

    Item was DOA (2-20-2024)...Best buy return service is massively flawed currently! Most difficult exchange I have ever experienced! I called (2-21-2024)...exchange was issued...prepaid label sent...no time frame was given for the return...item was cancelled less than 48 hours after the first phone call (2-23-2024)! Contacted them and asked what happened and they said it was because the UPS label wasn't scanned...nothing they could do because they only have the option to exchange it once!??? Sent the item back the same day...laptop was delivered back to Best buy on 2-26-2024 at 10am...contacted them yesterday 2-37-2024...they told me oh yeah it's not showing in your account...that will take 10-15 business days...it will take 7-10 business for your refund to process...WHAT!? All I wanted to do was buy a laptop! Best buys return is absolutely horrible!!! I still am going to buy this laptop though so this is definitely not a review of the laptop in question...if I get my refund in time and get the laptop I will update my review...otherwise BEST BUY! WHY!!! Why are you making things so difficult!!!

    Honestly, this laptop looks like it would be great. But, unfortunately, the amount of issues there are make this laptop NOT worth it at all. I have spent more time trying to resolve issues (to no avail by the way) than actually enjoying gaming. It may just be my laptop in general maybe, but go for a pre-built tower pc or build your own to experience less issues.

    It is good gaming pc and not that heavy, but disk always be 100%, ram speed only 3200MHZ, not that good. I may return it.

    ASUS is Shady. No real support for faulty laptop.

    I have had this computer less than a year. The computer keep blowing the charger resulting in a laptop that won't charge. Replaced the charger 5 times. Same thing. Sent to ASUS for repair under warranty. ASUS sent the laptop back stating "no problem found". Still won't charge. Asked for a replacement, ASUS won't replace it, says Best Buy would be responsible for replacing it. Best Buy says no to replacing it, which I can understand considering I purchased it 10 months ago. DO NOT trust ASUS! They will not guarantee their product.

    Laptop gets hot. Sitting idle, the CPU temperature is at 55 - 70 C. During gaming, it go up to 85 - 95 C.

    Came with issues out-of-box

    The SSD always running at 100% even after doing booting up a fresh install of windows. Unable to use hardware acceleration on web browser due to graphical glitches cause on user interface especially when playing Youtube videos. Contacted customer support, TLDR was there isn't anything that can be done about it. This is my 3rd Asus laptop and I also bought a monitor from them. Every single device had a issue that came with it out of the box. Never buying Asus products again.

    Buyer beware

    First off, this is a great pc and a great deal for $1000 with the 4070. However, i ran into issues with screen stuttering and screen tearing on every fps game. I updated the drivers, moved it down from 144hz to 60, turned on and off g sync, and lowered graphics but it would not fix it.
