Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this laptop, great specs, I think also battery is good, but the thing is that it closes badly like if the screen frame is poorly assemble, and a couple of times when i'm using it takes time to respond which I found not normal because is brand new and has great specs.

When I first received this laptop there were 2 screws missing on the bottom side. The sound was fairly low even at max. I just used my headphones and speakers so I didnt worry. 6 months later for some reason the battery would not take a charge. Best Buy Greek Squad was friendly and helpful. The laptop was still under warranty. I sent it in for them to check the sound and battery. 3 weeks later the laptop came back and they told me they had to switch the motherboard!! Battery and sound work better, but now 2 days later the fan is not working properly. Like come on. I have been buying ASUS products for 2 decades. I hate to say it but looks like I need to return this laptop and switch to a different company. Best Buy has been really helpful throughout this whole process. Sucks I really wanted to like this product.
