When its on sale for 999 its a pretty good deal. For 1399 its a horrible deal. Only buy it when it goes on sale for under $1k

    Disappointed.

Struggles to run software that it should be more than capable of, such as Adobe Lightroom. That may be more a fault of Windows 11, but regardless, it's unacceptable how frequently it freezes or crashes. These issues, paired with the worst mousepad I've ever used and mediocre battery life leave me regretting purchasing this laptop. Cannot recommend.

I'll never be buying another Asus product. My gaming laptop cost $1400 on sale. It was a decent gaming experience for a laptop but I'm very upset that my keyboard died after 14 months of very light use. In fact I didn't even play much after the first 4 months. Of course the warranty expired at 1 year so now I'm stuck with the bill. I had seen similar complaints but thought those must be rare occurrences. I refused to pay an additional $200 to extend the warranty for a year at the time I purchased it. Now I can pay best buy or Asus to repair it for at least that much. No laptop should have issues that soon from light use. My HP laptops have each lasted 8+ years. Do yourself a favor and look for another brand.

No one from Best Buy knows how to provide you with the advertised 3 free items(Trend Micro, Black Myth Game, Microsoft - Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month). We even went back to Best Buy for help after noticing, nothing was printed on the receipt about the 3 free items. Yes, I provided my phone number with contact information. I didn't get an email with the 3 free item. Please someone from Best Buy help.

    DO NOT BUY ASUS

Had a gaming laptop for a few days passed a year. This piece of crap is literally falling apart the screws keep coming out and apparently this is a KNOWN issue. It’s pretty sad that ASUS doesn’t stand behind their products. I have already sent it in before warranty expired but the “fix” didn’t last long at all. Please please research and steer clear of this crappy brand
