Great monitor, thin bezel

Thin bezel for great dual setup - without a huge chunk of plastic between two screens. The mount location could be better, but it's understandable due to how the rear electronics compartment is situated. Only the lower half of the monitor's rear is shrouded, so they needed to locate the Vesa mount interface low. Keep this in mind, if you are trying to match up two different models.

Extremely disappointed with the service !

However, I am A grandmother and I bought it for my grandson to use at my house. I purchased it from the store in order to get information on the monitor. Clerk was not willing to go over the details of the monitor. He just want me to purchase it and leave. I do not know or understand how to adjust the proper settings. The only help that I was able to receive was from the person I spoke with over the phone before I purchased it.

Much-needed monitor upgrade

I researched open box monitors here after Thanksgiving and chose this one based on size, price, and refresh rate. This monitor serves me well for the video editing I do for work and leisure as well as gaming. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

amazing monitor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVE IT SSOOOOO MUCHHHHHHH. i got it for 130$ about 2 weeks ago and its great. the deal was amazing too!!! easy to set up (i didnt read the intructions at all ngl) I mainly use the monitor to play games like valorant, twdg, minecraft, etc. and the refresh rate is amazing!!!! although it says 165 hz on the box and website, in my settings i could only get 144hz is this just how it works or is there a way i can fix it and get 165? I love it 10/10 first monitor i ever had and it exceeds my expectations
