For something with that cost, I would have prepared the product being taken to the store to be picked up since we were not home to receive the package. Otherwise, the product works well and was priced well.

A note to anyone it applies to: the thunderbolt port is attached to the integrated graphics and hdmi port to the dedicated. I am using a TB3 hub to attach 2 22" 1080p monitors and hdmi to attach a 30" ultrawide at 165hz. This is all while the laptop is closed, essentially using as a desktop on a cooling pad.

This dynamic rear features two tight-fitting vents on the sides, while the display's hinge system sits in the corners, doing a good exercise in design and implementation.

I’ve had this laptop for almost 2 years but haven’t used it much because of the battery life not being what I expected. Now that I’m getting back into playing games on it, the battery dies within 1 hour from being fully charged. I also couldn’t even run a game on it that I thought the laptop met the requirements to run. Game would go for about 3 minutes before freezing. I spent a good chunk of money for a gaming laptop that I can’t even game on. It’ll just have to be a work laptop that I overpaid for now.

Not what I was expecting

It runs very loud and gets VERY HOT even when I supposedly have it hibernating. Frustrating.
