I got this laptop and to my surprise, the touchpad was not working. I had to complete the initial setup using the keyboard (not a problem for me as an Old Developer), then was hoping to let the Windows and Drivers update would fix it but it didn’t. I ended up with a blue screen of death. After some research, it seems a known issue and that’s why I decided to return this unit.

When system resource utilization is high, this will generate more heat than normal and tends to trigger the fan to spin at full throttle. Grease trap

It arrived with pretty substantial finger grease stains that were unable to be washed off, despite a pretty valiant effort on my end, and likely Geek Squad as well. I therefore did not even turn on the device, since such light use had left in such an unsightly condition. I’ll probably end up getting a more expensive device that can be cleaned up more successfully and won’t trigger my OCD. I didn’t turn it on, so I can’t speak to the performance. However, it does seem to be a great value for the specs.

Но при запуске мощьных программ или игр то становится довольно шумный, хотелось бы что бы и звук был чуть погромче. Эти недостатки теряются если все делать в наущниках.

I encountered several issues that they said they fixed but it was still acting up. Please dont get this, especially if you live out of the US

Doesn't really make much use of the 144 hz on newer games but the screen does look nice. The backlight is pretty unique in it's blue green color.
