Excellent entry level gaming laptop. With support for up to 32 gigs of ram I recommend upgrading when you can. The more immediate upgrade would be the storage situation but lucky it has room for a 2.5 inch drive so grab an internal ssd for more storage and speed or a mechanical hard drive if your on a budget.

Great value for the price. Compact but due to the little bevel screen is a nice size. The I5 core with dedicated gpu has the computer running smooth. Not used for gaming used more for productivity. Boots up quickly, wakes from sleep mode seamlessly and nice brightness to screen and led keyboard.

My daughter picked this laptop up a couple of months ago for school. She needed decent graphics processing for digital art. The laptop is very good overall. The graphics card is plenty sufficient for what she needs it for. There is one issue that seems to be common from searching on forums. The issue is that the webcam just randomly will not be recognized by zoom or other software. This is a pretty big deal for students doing online classes during this time. It appears that there is no reliable fix for this. It seems like a software issue, so hopefully a future driver update will correct this.

Amazing low end gaming system. I mostly play mmo style games. Its able to keep up and maintain good fps at max setting. Only slight thing i noticed is heat. If you leave default settings for cooling it will not keep up. However I just changed the settings and run the fans at higher rpm.

Love this laptop. First time gamer purchase and don’t regret it. I’m a big sims player and I have every expansion pack installed with no issues. It does get a little hot and also loud when playing games, but all and all, great purchase for first timers.

Awesome laptop! Great for my college school work and also a solid addition to my gaming devices collection. I don't run the newest games on it but I didn't buy it with the intention of playing the newest games on it. Perfect for games like Rocket League and Fortnite and some rpgs.

Bought this for my 12 yo son who desperately wanted a gaming laptop but I just wanted to start with entry level as well he is still 12. He thinks it’s amazing and is over the moon. He is happy with the graphics and he has been able to play on steam to his content.

It’s an overall good laptop, except since I ordered an open-box laptop. It’s slightly wobbly on one foot. I suggest BestBuy really inspect these products because their reputation is on the line. That sure as hell makes Geek Squad look like Crap Squad.

It’s a great middle of the road laptop. Only issue was getting it. 2 different stores said they had it in stock but didn’t. It therefore took over a week to actually get it. Service couldn’t tell me where it was coming from. Product is good. Internal Bestbuy communications not so great.

Great price, reliable features. Keyboard is a tad small and takes getting use to. Works well for regular office work or school work and webcam is reliable. Great feature is battery life saving mode when constantly plugged in my only charging to 40%.

Great laptop! Several easy paths to upgrade: 1. Comes with 1 stick of 8GB of RAM. Inexpensive upgrade to 16GB with another 8GB. 2. An extra M.2 slot for another NVMe SSD. 3. An available 2.5" slot for a drive too. You can have up to 3 drives in this laptop!

After only having the laptop for a couple months not even a full month , the WiFi adapter gave out and no longer allows me to connect to WiFi without a ether or adapter. Was really upset about this cause I had to find an adapter and ether last minute

I bought this for my son to do his homeschooling on and to play video games as a reward. We haven't played any graphically intense games yet but it works great for Roblox so far, ha. The laptop looks great, starts up fast and charges fast.

Purchased for my adult daughter who appears to be on it each and every single day. She wanted it exclusively for her games and I bought her a Mac for other things. The keyboard lights in up and flashes in different colors when in use.
