    Weak processor, older weaker GPU, low ram, very low Vram, and can hardly run 60 frames on medium settings in most games. Definitely spend the extra money to get something with a 2060 super or better and a ryzen 5 or better

    I’m really disappointed with this product. I came into the store wanting a different laptop but the sales associate convinced me that this was a better gaming laptop, however since the first day I started using it it has been lagging and freezing. I have one game loaded onto the computer literally nothing else besides this one game and the computer sounds like a jet engine and runs as slow as a computer made in 2000. I lost my receipt and the store was unwilling to exchange it even though I’m a reward Number. I was honestly so disappointed with it

    Too many issues

    I was very excited when this lap top came, and while overall as a laptop it runs very well, I have had it for a little over three months and I have already had issues. Back in march the wifi driver stopped working, and I had to use an external port. I was able to call Asus and they walked me through how to fix it, but it was still not something that should stop working on a two month old laptop. And then today my audio driver has stopped working, a little over a month later. I will have to call Asus again and have them fix this. I like this laptop but there have been too many issues despite it being a new laptop.

    Decent gaming laptop I bought for a family member. Had some hassle between BestBuy and Asus when the built-in camera went out and eventually BestBuy sent it off for repairs.

    Not worth the money, in any capacity. Crashes often and has to be charged in an hour. Battery drains immediately. Terrible purchase

    This waa good for a few months and then gave out. It was going to cost more to replace the parts than to buy a new one. GET THE EXTRA WARRANTY.

    The Intel processor is no where as quick as the recent AMD processors Also the gap between keyboard and screen is disconcerting as is the constantly flashing keys!

    Bad Battery Life

    This is a great computer but the battery only last 5 or 6 hours on the internet- and I'm NOT even playing games! Will talk to BB about this problem.

    Not sure yet,, a little over all these extra gaming programs when use to using Steam,, but not all the fan speeds,, more stuff to break
