Camera not found

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The camera say it not connected(tried updating the driver and all that) and the time is late by 3hour(the time zones are correct and I have tried everything) and I went to Best Buy to consult about it they said It’ll take $200 and it “might” get fixed. The laptop it self works fine except for these few problems.

asus NOVEMBER GORGON

My main problem is poor documentation and support; there are no stat sheets or diagrams, I sent a support request to asus over 3 days ago with no response. Now it seems I'm stuck with a 2.5' 1TB WD black hdd that does not fit the caddie, don't know why but my other 2.5" WD black hdd (older 512gb) fits. I'm stuck with the wrong kind of RAM stick due to having to search multiple websites just to find out what kind to get. When I am playing my favorite game the screen goes black for 3 seconds and comes back for no apparent reason and no explanation. I am personally not happy with the service or the product. I'm researching better companies for my next purchase will NOT be an asus.

Won't stay turned on.

In the process of trying to do a factory reset it made it to 75% and shut off. I now get it to about 12%.

Given the price of the laptop. I believe you can find better bang for your buck with another choice of laptop. This is pricey and overdoing it for no reason

Bad device

The camera stopped working when is needed for video calls, and you get nowhere with asus or bestbuy unless you got the warranty with them.

Malfunctioning Webcam

I have been having webcam issues since late December. Sometimes the computer does not detect a webcam and sometimes it works but with a glitchy line across the video image. I am very disappointed because I need my computer for online classes(I am a teacher) and the window to return it to Best Buy is gone. I never expected such a problem with Asus.

Subpar graphics for price

Avoid this Laptop at all Costs

Laptop would crash after loading STEAM requiring a total system reset. Exchanged it for another one only to find that the replacement had the same issue. Hard to call something a "Gaming" machine when it can't run STEAM. Avoid this product

Know the limitations before you buy.

Did searches and some people suggested changing the display settings, but nothing worked. Took it to BB Geek Squad and they just said it's "expected behavior" and returned it.

It literally is a new laptop I got to replace my Nitro 15 and it is so slow! Opening programs takes about 10 clicks to pull up no joke! I am not sure if its a faulty laptop I received or if its all of them but wow man! TRASH!

Very disappointed

Conflicting GPU
