    RAM maxes out with only one application going, and it is only using 2500 to 3000mb of memory, which is well below the 8gb it should have. Cannot play any game without lag and crashing

    Can’t handle gaming

    A gaming laptop that can’t handle playing games without crashing. Returned it. Pretty sure it has cooling issues when you try to play any graphically intense games.

      If the laptop crashing while gaming, usually the following needs to be performed to resolve it. Please check the air ventilations are free from obstructions in order to have an efficient air flow for better heat dissipation. While gaming, please ensure no resource hungry applications, processes and services are running in the background, this will definitely spike the temperature and may cause syste, crash. Also, always keep Windows and drivers updated.

    I bought this for the resolution because I deal with a lot of photos and videos. The battery lasted about 20 minutes at a time. I kept getting an error message that devices could not start because of a code 10. Very disappointed. I have had an Asus for about 8 or 9 years and loved it.

    Ok for starters you will need to upgrade the ram in order to okay anything. The Gpu is also weak with only 4gb vram. Just spend the extra 200 get something better.

    I do not like windows 11. Very slow too and I have 5G. If I could I would trade for a different model with windows 10. * How do I turn off the keyboard when in sleep mode ? I love the lighted keyboard ...looks like default is red. Can that be changed to another color ? Thank You Thank You
