Display Out Issues

I purchased from best buy out of emergency but no more. ASUS no more, either. I should not be having issues within 2 months of purchase. I had DELL monitor before this and I have had ZERO issues with that monitor before it gave out after many years. Very unhappy purchase and I do not want to go through all the loops of trying to get it replaced, that is also a hectic hassle itself. Not a good purchase and I thought the display would be glossy but it's matte. Also the height is not adjustable, I thought it would be, you can only tilt it.

Great but not great

Didn’t Receive Item

Apparently it was damaged in shipment. I was told it would be refunded in 5 business days to my original payment method. At time of review, it’s been over 10 business days and still no refund! This is my first purchase with Best Buy and I would not recommend them or purchase from them again.

Not a good experience

Also was delayed 3 days in a row after waiting a week so not the best delivery service.

Don’t buy this monitor

Won’t let me upload a photo for it but after day 17 of having it it crapped out and the screen turned to this colorful static. And apparently they have a 15 day return and exchange policy. I’m hoping to go in a talk to a manager to see if they’ll help me out. I’ll be updating my review after the fact.

24" 165 Hz 1080p for under $200? Absolute bargain!

Pros: --It has a pretty robust stand so you wont have any issues with wobbling unless your desk is all wonky. --It's very sleek and pretty, but it doesn't scream "gaming monitor" so it can easily be used in a professional setting. --Colors are nice and vibrant. --Screen brightness is perfect unless the sun is right in your eyes. --Easy to clean. Cons: --Onboard speakers could be better, but to the average consumer, they'll perform just fine. --Pixel response time is a bit low, so reading things while they're moving is a bit difficult. This monitor is a 9/10 for me and I'll be adding another one to my setup soon.

Great monitor

There's a bit of tweaking required in the onboard monitor settings to get the refresh rate to 165hz (don't forget to change refresh rate in windows settings) but other than that it works great, looks great and you can download the asus monitor software to control the brightness and other settings directly from your desktop.
