The setup instructions were decent and I didn't have any problems getting it up and running.

Both monitors randomly go into standby mode, even when being actively used, this has occurred with both the Windows and Mac computers. The HDMI cable is securely in the port and there is no wiggle to it. The fix is usually tu turn it on again and then switch HDMI inputs back and forth to get it to realize there really is a signal coming from the connected device.
