Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Waste of freaking time going to another store, pulled this monitor out the box thinking wow they really packed this well, and they completely failed to qc this junk. Would not turn on, tried multiple outlets. Now I have to go back after Black Friday and wait in the return line like an idiot. This is what I get for switching brands. I’ll stick to acer.

We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience if the monitor will not power on or display no video.
Usually, you will do the following to resolve the issue. Please verify if the PC meets the system requirements of the monitor and the video port from the PC is working properly. If it does meet requirements, please check if the monitor is connected properly using known good video cable and the correct input source from the monitor was selected correctly. Check the AC adapter was properly connected from the monitor to a working surge protector or AC outlet and the power button is being pressed all the way down to trigger a power on signal.
