Loved this laptop, from the running speeds, the easy customization options, the size and weight. Ran all my games with little to no issue. Even ran FFXIV just a tad slower than PS5 after adding 2 8GB Ram into it. ... That is, until the one year warranty ran up. Right around that time, my fan started heating up immensely. Would crash multiple times on start up, and even more if it was ever unplugged. Had my more tech savvy friend look into it and was finding every bug and error report imaginable, and no matter what number of fixes we'd do, it'd just crash again with no clear discernable fix. We even replaced the battery ourselves since the warranty ran out and it didn't help. It's a fight to get it to turn on half the time to back it up. Found out off of BestBuy numerous NUMEROUS people w/ ASUS products around this generation had similar problems and haven't been able to get solutions. Some say it's Window's 11, others any number of differing problems for no solution. Apparently old ASUS products did not have this issue, but ASUS product support now just shrugs and tells you to buy their new ones. I bought this on sale desperate and excited for my first proper gaming PC, and thought I had something nice. Only to have spent the last two weeks miserable, stressed, and running out of options to fix this thing. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS W/O READING IF OTHERS STILL HAVE THESE SAME ISSUES 1 YEAR INTO THEIR LIVES

Does the job. Good for playing league of legends and valorant

Computer is very tough light weight. The gaming experience is incredible sounds good. Used it for a dj wedding worked great would recommend.

Best computer over ever own it can play graphic intense games well, but ram intensive games not so much. Although it can be upgraded.

Great laptop for school/office work and light gaming. You can run on the iGPU if you need to conserve battery or enable the dGPU for a bit more power. Great laptop.

Best gaming laptop at a convenient price I would buy aging.

Best gaming laptop under tight budget. Iicing on the cake when bought with black friday early discount. Specification are comparable with high end gaming laptops with support for latest DDR5 RAM and NvMe SSD and AMD Ryzen 7 6800H processor. Only downside is the 144Hz refresh rate screen with moderare brightness.

I've had no issues with this purchase. It's fast and reliable. Definitely recommend this laptop. I liked the first one I bought for my wife so much I purchased one for myself.

I have not had a great experience with this laptop. The laptop came with out-of-date drivers and will freeze up, shut down and overheat quickly. Fan is very loud. Battery runs out within 30 minutes while running games.

Great P.C. fast for gaming and everyday use. Great price as well. I have wanted a gaming p.c. but this is best of both worlds. Its mobile so can take it anywhere.

Needed a gaming laptop so I brought this one. Very fast and the screen is very clear. I upgraded the ram and it made it run even better.

Almost a year later and love it ! Consider upgrading your ram to 16-32gb if you play video games other then that is perfect

Great laptop for gaming. Heavy compared to other mainstream laptops. Experience little problem when it did not power up at all. Had to remove battery connector to completely drain the circuit, then it power up normally.

Looking for a laptop that could be powerful enough to edit photos and videos, and this laptop does just that while staying surprisingly quiet. Great purchase decision
