Just purchased a week ago I rarely review and if I do, I rarely give a 5 star. But this time I have to really share my excitement with this machine. I was going to purchase a steam deck which in its own right is a wonderful machine. I decided to check Best Buy one last time to see if something jumped out at me before my purchase. I saw this machine for 699.99 on sale. With specs that are respectable, my second DDR5 8gb stick is coming today in the mail, I couldn't pass this up. Don't get me wrong the Steam Deck would have been way more portable but having this gaming laptop fits my needs just as much with its portability. Even without my 8gb upgrade this machine is handling all of my steam library very well on TV and native on the laptop with no trouble at all so far. I'm a father who loves gaming when I can, and this machine fits my need no problems. I had a desktop that I got from work that had 16 gigs of ram and an older intel I7 that I installed a new PSU and a GTX 1060 in some years back. This machine is still active and works okay, except on newer releases, but with my family and work life I never had time to really play. With this laptop I should be able to get some more gaming in. So very happy with my purchase.

Awesome laptop, have had no problems with it and it’s been 3+ years.

Laptop did everything I ever wanted it to do, Was able to play Fortnite, Warzone, and whatever else I wanted to play on it: it was a great laptop for the time and I have 0 regrets buying it. Only thing that killed it was my kid spilling a drink on it for the 5th time

This laptop looks terrific. Extremely high quality laptop. If it lasts as long as it looks, it might last 20 years. The build quality and little extras and design is wonderful. When I powered it up, I noticed that it is very responsive. The software to monitor the cpu , gpu , and fans is very well done. This laptop gives you a lot of control over the way it performs. From a quiet mode, a manual mode, to a full on "no holds barred" performance profile. Everything, and I mean everything is well done. Also, you can upgrade to an extra NVME and an extra SSD drive also. It even comes with the newest , faster DDR4 memory. What a GREAT laptop. I REALLY like this laptop.

Great computer for the price, rigid and robust. The computer is great for content creation or simple gaming. A compact design good for anyone who's always on the move

Its great built, powerful, stylisy everything its fine

Good for gaming, needs to be plug in to run 144 hz, unplugged usually last about 2 hours.

This computer is well built and runs strong i havent had any issues out of it and it runs all my games

Good for price does overheat but plays Fortnite well

Bought this open box and held it once at the corner of the laptop and heard a crack. Was running fine but stopped working and had to return.

Got this during the back to school sales and I can say I am loving it! There has been no lag in performance for a more causal gaming laptop and I can’t wait to see how it’s last (it’s been 14 months to this day). I am unsure how taxing games like red dead redemption will be so that would be something other reviews would cover better.

Great little mobile gaming rig. At full gaming, definitely need to stay near a plug because that card is power hungry, as to be expected though.

Good gaming laptop for son say refresh rate not that good. Graphics find and game play. We did add extra ram and added hard drive. Fotmatting New HD to laptop nightmare do to some lock asus put on the laptop. Hours of time researching and searching asus and YouTube to progam the bigger hard drive to be main drive.

Top notch!! Love everything about this laptop but… if you are using it to play games, which is what this is meant for. The battery dies way to quickly. If you don’t mind having it plugged in all the time, then this is the one to go with.
