Great gift for my child good speed, rugged great graphics

So far so good. Bought to be a gaming computer for when I am not at my primary PC. It has been working well. The only problem I had was when originally setting it up there was a problem with it freezing up. I did a windows restore back to original configuration and haven’t had any issues since.

This laptop is nearly perfect. I bought it as a student looking for something which I could use for class and for gaming and it excels at both. The battery life is really impressive as well. My only complaint is the storage space, but it was easy to add an extra SSD with a little bit of work

Not much to say other than best buy provides the best discounts and the best support hands down. Only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because I'm having a issue where the display doesn't turn back on from sleep mode. Which is honestly super annoying and I have to force restart which degrades the laptop over time.

Great laptop quick and powerful gets hot tho but all good

The mousepad wore down to glass in some areas after about 90 days making it unusable and the battery quit working inside of a year. So I found out the hard way ASUS denies several types of total protection warranty coverage offered to regular consumers when you purchase their products at Best Buy. I went to talk to the local Best Buy to discuss this and apparently, there's nothing they can do about that. It's disappointing after buying products from both companies for about 25 years. I've never really had problems like this before. I had falsely assumed I was still dealing with companies that supported their products. The speed, performance, and design of the laptop are really good. With a cheaply designed touchpad, not having a working battery or support from the manufacturer or retailer for those defects, it's a pretty useless product. My recommendation is to add in the cost of a service plan for what should be considered manufacturer defects, and you might get that for no extra cost at other retailers. It's difficult for me to say it hasn't lowered my opinion of both companies but I don't think I would buy ASUS products in the future period because this is a pretty sketchy policy. I had no idea that I had to research if manufacturers fully support purchases at Best Buy.

The laptop has a very smooth screen and runs games like Fortnite, valorant, and call of duty just fine. It can also run blender, Photoshop, and After effects with no issues. The only complaint I have is the speakers are very quiet and the screen doesn't get that bright when in sunlight

I love the performance, graphics, and speed of how it runs games but, i have been having issues with the casing. Screws are falling out on the bottom no matter how tight i screw them and customer service for asus is an even bigger pain to deal with.

This is a great laptop, especially if you can buy it on sale. There is a decent chance that your networking card will be bad out of the box (our battery was also bad out of the box, on the first unit), but if you can eventually find a unit that everything works, it is a great machine.

Me & my adult son are in love with laptop! Gaming on a whole new level! It exceeded my expectations! Love the monitor screen, fast & responsive. Definitely would recommend.

Got this during the week of Black Friday for 350 off! At that price you can’t go wrong! The 7600s is slightly faster than a 3060 laptop gpu and slightly slower than a 4060 mobile gpu (assuming no power restrictions). Truth be told though all three of these gpus are within 2-5 percentage points of each other. For me my main go to is my desktop but this laptop is great on the go. I played ghostrunner 2 for a bit while out of town recently and easily got 70-90 fps on high settings. Being a desktop enthusiast I naturally had to upgrade everything I could. Added a very fast 1tb gen 4 ssd, 32GB of RAM, and upgraded the wifi card to a better Intel one. Since Black Friday deals were going on everywhere I was able to spend only 130 on all those upgrades combined. All in all this is a pretty decent mid range laptop without breaking the bank. Even without upgrading any components I’d recommend it when it’s on sale. However if you do only one upgrade then I’d recommend adding more storage in the available 2nd NVME slot. You’ll be happy you did in the long run.

Am using this laptop for more than one year. The performance of this laptop is beyond expectations. Not once I found any issue. I would strongly recommend anyone to buy this.

can run games like ffxiv and baldur's gate 3 decent enough and i can imagine it would be perfect even if you do not intend to use it for gaming. it's a bit heavy but i do not really carry it anywhere regardless. if you want a decent laptop for gaming however but don't want to spend too much, this is the one. 10/10

Reliable and powerful enough for most games I play, like the matte black finish and the freebie trials didn't hurt.

While my idea of good laptop or computer is very skewed, I believe that this laptop fits the description of a good laptop very well. It can do everything I either need it to do for school or everything I want it to do for gaming. I can't wait to do some upgrades on this laptop and install linux.

Overall really good. I can play Forza is top tier graphics. Was a little disappointed to find out that it doesn't have an HDD slot. Understandable though considering it's battery size. Has some bugs, but was able to get around. Hopefully they don't cause further problems.

More than I expected I’ve been gaming on a 9900k and 2070 super for the last 4 years and this laptop blows it out of the water. Really impressed of how far long and has came over the last few years. Worth every penny

Purchased this for my son. It's an ok laptop, the fan seems to run heavy quite a bit, performance gets sluggish. A little disappointing for a brand new machine. Probably just needs to be wiped and rebuilt. For the money it's not a bad machine.

Overall the laptop’s quality is good, however the display’s resolution could be better. The battery’s life is lasting, the charger is efficient, the touchpad is soft to the touch. The camera is good for videoconferencing, the speakers are pretty good, the asus software is well designed
