This is a great laptop, especially if you can buy it on sale. There is a decent chance that your networking card will be bad out of the box (our battery was also bad out of the box, on the first unit), but if you can eventually find a unit that everything works, it is a great machine.

Got this during the week of Black Friday for 350 off! At that price you can’t go wrong! The 7600s is slightly faster than a 3060 laptop gpu and slightly slower than a 4060 mobile gpu (assuming no power restrictions). Truth be told though all three of these gpus are within 2-5 percentage points of each other. For me my main go to is my desktop but this laptop is great on the go. I played ghostrunner 2 for a bit while out of town recently and easily got 70-90 fps on high settings. Being a desktop enthusiast I naturally had to upgrade everything I could. Added a very fast 1tb gen 4 ssd, 32GB of RAM, and upgraded the wifi card to a better Intel one. Since Black Friday deals were going on everywhere I was able to spend only 130 on all those upgrades combined. All in all this is a pretty decent mid range laptop without breaking the bank. Even without upgrading any components I’d recommend it when it’s on sale. However if you do only one upgrade then I’d recommend adding more storage in the available 2nd NVME slot. You’ll be happy you did in the long run.

Purchased this for my son. It's an ok laptop, the fan seems to run heavy quite a bit, performance gets sluggish. A little disappointing for a brand new machine. Probably just needs to be wiped and rebuilt. For the money it's not a bad machine.

While my idea of good laptop or computer is very skewed, I believe that this laptop fits the description of a good laptop very well. It can do everything I either need it to do for school or everything I want it to do for gaming. I can't wait to do some upgrades on this laptop and install linux.

can run games like ffxiv and baldur's gate 3 decent enough and i can imagine it would be perfect even if you do not intend to use it for gaming. it's a bit heavy but i do not really carry it anywhere regardless. if you want a decent laptop for gaming however but don't want to spend too much, this is the one. 10/10

Overall really good. I can play Forza is top tier graphics. Was a little disappointed to find out that it doesn't have an HDD slot. Understandable though considering it's battery size. Has some bugs, but was able to get around. Hopefully they don't cause further problems.

Gaming laptop is good. Its fast and has enough power to get me thoigh all the things i need for work. It also is powerful enough to run all of the games i play after work. It is a little buggy sometimes. If it continues ill have to return it.

Love this laptop. Super quick. Video card works better than my old 4060. Can run 3 external monitors with a hub flawlessly. Got this open box for only $649. 16 inch screen is amazing. Can make it look OLED by adjusting the colors.

Overall the laptop’s quality is good, however the display’s resolution could be better. The battery’s life is lasting, the charger is efficient, the touchpad is soft to the touch. The camera is good for videoconferencing, the speakers are pretty good, the asus software is well designed

More than I expected I’ve been gaming on a 9900k and 2070 super for the last 4 years and this laptop blows it out of the water. Really impressed of how far long and has came over the last few years. Worth every penny

This is an excellent laptop for gaming and is extremely smooth and doesn’t overheat like a lot of the leading brands. If your looking for a gaming laptop for any type of usage this is the one to go for.

It’s a good gaming laptop for starters, got this for my kid and they love it but we do need to upgrade since a lot of these new games take a lot gb space.

I’ve had this unit about a year and absolutely would recommend. It runs Flight simulator very well.

Excellent laptop. Heavy duty as long as you use the cooling pad with it. Two other things: large games use up the storage pretty quick and power only lasts about 20 minutes due to heavy duty usage.

My son initially like desktop laptop and hesitated for gaming laptop. But now im thankful we purchased this for convenience at small space. However im concerned on the emitted heat during gaming.

Overall really good, I just don’t like it when the screen freezes for a few seconds from AGU to GPU, but that’s a personal problem I think lol. Also it’s a gaming laptop so it’s gonna be loud no matter what so keep that in mind whenever you’re gonna buy one!!!
