Product is pretty reliable. Has no problem running most games. Battery does run out decently quick when increasing the fans rpm. Overall a good product. No real complains regarding it.

This laptop does everything I needed it to do and does it well! Gaming, photo editing, streaming...sometimes all at the same time. I've been using it the last 4 months and I'm very pleased with my purchase!

So far it's been a good laptop. No issues while gaming, played COD, rocket league, Fornite... No complaint. Gotta be plugged though it'll drain your battery in minutes.

Pros: Screen is HUGE with a high frame rate Light up keyboard background Upgradeable, super easy to upgrade RAM and add SSD Fans are not super loud Cons: The speakers are low, headphones are definately a must.

Im so grateful i didnt have to deal with a crowded store or long lines during black friday this year. The amount of time and energy saved doing a call to help me select the propper tools to keep up with 2024 so worth it.

I haven't had a single issue with this laptop for any games i throw at it. From Elden Ring to MMOs at max settings.

Great product overall, excellent speed at running high quality products on it and average battery life, would recommend anyone to buy this laptop, could definitely run some serious games or OBS livestreaming software.

The laptop was a great deal, it peforms better and smother than expected. Perfect value laptop to do everything you need , in my case i use it on all my architecture work and casual gaming, it works perfectly every time

I’ve had this unit about a year and absolutely would recommend. It runs Flight simulator very well.

This laptop has good performance but has issues. The first issue I was able to fix and that was with the mousepad. The ASUS mousepad driver causes the mouse to spaz out and move in involuntarily directions, making it unusable for daily use. The work around for this was to uninstall the ASUS mousepad driver and use a generic windows driver in Windows device manager. This fixed the mousepad completely and issue has not returned since. The main problem I am having with this laptop that I haven't been able to fixed is software MUX Switch. When I choose the "Ultimate" in ARMORY CRATE for Power settings (to use the dGPU 100%), the laptop does not want to switch to it. It crashes and with the newer AMD driver the screen just gets messed up. This forces me to stay stuck having the dGPU go through the iGPU which is not what I want while gaming. This also forces me to stay on a outdated driver if I do want a chance of it working. I would say everything else is fine, but that was a major drawback for me. It still has not been fixed yet and don't know when if it will be. Would recommended a different laptop for this very reason.

This is a very nice laptop that I am personally enjoying myself.It has nice graphics, storage and even Xbox which I can log in and play my games.Best decision I made to buying this laptop with my mom.

I have been using this laptop for games for a few weeks now and it works so great! For Honor, Minecraft, Sims 4 all run so smooth on it! And I especially love the thin bezel and the "squareness" of it! I highly recommend for a gaming laptop!

[Employee of bestbuy] So I played fort medium graphics ran it well and playing predecessor on it at medium graphics and it runs very smooth. Its not meant for High+ graphics but will run like playstation 5.

Solid budget gaming laptop. Battery is good. Only issue is waking from sleep. Sometimes won’t wake until you hold power button for a few seconds to restart.

The reality: ASUS has a lot of work to do to get back to where they were just a few years ago. I have owned several ASUS laptops, and I have been satisfied with all of them. However, this computer was a nightmare. It doesn't shutoff when I select that option. It just turns back on. The keyboard lights up incessantly. The power button has already started to breakdown. There is obviously a problem at ASUS and I am seriously concerned about their ability to continue as a computer manufacturer. The good: The computer is built tough and the screen colors are excellent and the screen is bright. For those who like to color coordinate their socks to their cuff links, you will certainly appreciate the light flashing options. Overall, it is an acceptable computer from a previously outstanding company. However, there is ample evidence to be concerned that the company has serious problems within the company that suggest that future computers will be a shadow of their previous outstanding models. I would not purchase another ASUS until there is a serious shakeup in their leadership and evidence that they are committed to achieving some of their former brilliance.

Great laptop. We bought this laptop as a starter before building a PC. Works great for starting out.

So far so good, bought this computer for my wife for christmas. Runs Balders Gate 3 flawlessly so far on the highest settings. No complaints at this time, so far I would recommend.
